摘要： A storage device includes a nonvolatile memory device and a controller. A nonvolatile memory device includes a plurality of memory blocks. Each of the plurality of memory blocks is divided into a plurality of zones and is formed on a substrate. Each of the plurality of zones comprises one or more word lines. A controller performs a reliability verification read operation on a first zone of the plurality of zones of a memory block selected from the plurality of memory blocks if a number of read operations performed on the first zone reaches a first threshold value and performs the reliability verification read operation on a second zone of the plurality of zones of the selected memory block if a number of read operations performed on the second zone reaches a second threshold value.

摘要： The present application relates to a wireless power supply device and wireless power transmission control in an electronic device capable of receiving wireless power. According to an embodiment of the present application, the electronic device capable of receiving wireless power comprises a communication unit which receives power information including at least one piece of electricity bill information and power demand information. Also, the electronic device comprises a wireless power receiving unit which receives wireless power wirelessly supplied from a wireless power supply device, and a power converting unit which converts the wireless power received into power that can be used in the electronic device. By using various embodiments suggested by the present application, use of power wirelessly supplied can be efficiently controlled, and accordingly, electric power can be economically and efficiently used.

The picture quality measuring apparatus includes a pattern generator, a 3D display device, a polarization member, a following camera, and an analyzer. The pattern generator generates a right-eye and a left-eye moving picture pattern which move at a predetermined scroll speed. The 3D display device displays the right-eye and left-eye moving picture pattern inputted from the pattern generator. The following camera follows respective boundary portions of the right-eye and left-eye moving picture pattern, which pass through the polarization member and are incident on the following camera, to measure luminance.
