The virtual driver includes an object information storage part for storing image forming device information to provide object information and objects of the image forming devices; an object information register for registering new object information and corresponding image forming device information in the object information storage part by searching another new object different from the objects stored in the object information storage part when the image forming device is connected to the server, and then a new object is found by recognizing the connection; a user interface unit for displaying the object information stored in the object information storage part when the client device requests a data output; and a job controller for outputting print data to the image forming device providing the object when the object is selected through the user interface unit.

摘要： A printing device which authorizes a printing limitedly according to a user level, a printing system using the same and a printing method thereof. The printing device includes an interface part receiving a printing data requested by a user and a security level of the requested printing data; an authentication part determining whether to print the requested printing data based on the security level and a pre-stored user level of the user; a printing part printing the requested printing data; and a controller transmitting the requested printing data received through the interface part to the printing part if the authentication part permits the printing. Accordingly, even if a user obtains an access to the system, because the user has a limitation in using and printing the data depending on his/her position or job, the security of the data can be more effectively guaranteed.

The image forming apparatus supports the printing management function, such that it can continue or cancel the printing operation when a printing-operation change factor occurs during the printing operation established by the user. In the case of using the printing management function, the user can easily stop the printing operation when the erroneous data occurs or he or she desires to cancel the remaining printing operations during the printing operation, such that an amount of resources required for the printing operation can be minimized, resulting in the implementation of increased operation efficiency. The method for controlling the image forming apparatus includes: determining whether the number of printed papers is equal to a predetermined printing-check paper number during a printing operation; and if the number of printed papers is equal to the predetermined printing-check paper number, comparing printing information for each page of printed data with the other printing information for each actually-applied page, and determining the presence or absence of a printing error.
