摘要： The present invention relates to hydrogel particles coated with lipid, which are made from dispersing hydrogel particles in an organic solvent in which lipids are dissolved, and to a method for manufacturing same. Unlike the existing method for manufacturing hydrogel core vesicles, the present invention can effectively manufacture same by using an emulsification method, without involving the steps of chemical treatment of the surface of hydrogels or dilution, thereby facilitating mass production and preventing the decrease of drug encapsulation efficiency. The present method could be widely used for research on delivery carriers of oil/water-soluble active material or cell structure reproduction and more particularly, a keratinocyte mimetic of the present invention containing natural moisturizing factors can contain a large quantity of bound water for a long time, thereby exhibiting superior capability to retain moisture and moisturize, and providing a composition for an ingredient in cosmetics for moisturizing.

The synchronization detection unit generates horizontal and vertical synchronization signals of the input analog video signal using time information related to local minimum values of the horizontal synchronization parameters and time information related to local minimum values of the vertical synchronization parameters.

In the digital video signal processing apparatus, an adaptive three-dimensional band pass filter (3D BPF) performs Y/C separation using local comb filtering/1D band pass filtering when the edge direction is fixed vertically/horizontally according to spatio-temporal local characteristics of an image using spatio-temporal filters. When the edge direction is not fixed horizontally/vertically, the 3D BPF performs 2D band pass filtering in all directions. Thus, the 3D BPF continuously carries out comb filtering, 1D band pass filtering and 2D band pass filtering according to the spatio-temporal local characteristics of the image.
