摘要： The present invention provides an aqueous metallic coating composition comprising: (A) an aqueous film-forming resin; (B) a curing agent; (C) a phosphoric acid group-containing resin having an acid value of 10 to 200 mg KOH/g and obtained by copolymerizing a phosphoric acid group-containing polymerizable unsaturated monomer (a) represented by formula (1) with other polymerizable unsaturated monomer(s) (b); (D) a nitrogen-containing compound represented by formula (2); and (E) a metallic pigment. The present invention further provides a method for forming a multilayer coating film using the aqueous metallic coating composition.

摘要： The present invention provides a white conductive primer coating composition comprising (a) 100 parts by weight of a resin mixture of a chlorinated polyolefin resin with a chlorine content of 10 to 40 wt. %, and at least one modifier resin selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, polyester resins and polyurethane resins, (b) 5 to 50 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent, and (c) 10 to 250 parts by weight of a white conductive titanium dioxide powder which comprises titanium dioxide particles having on their surfaces a conductive layer comprising tin oxide and phosphorus, and in which the content (A) of metallic elements with valencies of 4 or less contained as impurities is no more than 0.1; and a method for forming a multilayer coating film using the composition.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for forming a coating film on a plastic substrate which comprises: (1) coating the plastic substrate with an aqueous white primer (A) having a water content of 15 to 48 wt. % to form a coating film having an L* value of 80 or more, (2) heating the coating film of the primer (A) to adjust the water content of the film to 1 to 10 wt. % and the surface electrical resistivity value of the film to less than 109 Ω/square, (3) electrostatically coating the coating film of the primer (A) with a thermosetting clear colored coating composition (B), (4) electrostatically coating the uncured coating film of the coating composition (B) with a thermosetting clear coating composition (C), and (5) baking the three-layer coating film to obtain a cured multilayer coating film having an N value of 8.5 or more.
