    • A roof tile-integrated solar battery module applicable to many types of roof tiles can be obtained. A roof tile-integrated solar battery module according to the present invention is a module including a solar battery power generating body, and an exterior member accommodating the solar battery power generating body therein and including an upper metal plate and a lower metal plate. A concave portion formed of an upper metal plate insertion portion and a surface of the upper metal plate and opening in a direction to an eaves when the module is provided at a roof, and a fitting portion for connection, for connecting to another module adjacent in a direction intersecting the direction to the eaves, are formed at the upper metal plate. An eaves side insertion portion extending in a direction to a ridge when the module is provided at the roof is formed at the lower metal plate.

    • A bus bar to be inserted in a circular through hole provided in a casing and connecting terminals provided inside and outside the casing has a circular section in a portion passing through the through hole. The outer periphery of the circular section is covered with a grommet having a circular section, and the ratios of the grommet in vertical and transverse directions are equal to each other. Accordingly, when a bus bar body including the bus bar and the grommet is fitted in the through hole, the grommet has compression ratios equal to each other in the vertical and transverse directions. Consequently, the fitting portions of the bus bar and the grommet uniformly come in close contact with each other, and a sealing property can be fully maintained in the fitting portions of the grommet and the bus bar.

    • To perform an even, high temperature baking treatment at about 450.degree. C. to a cryopump for the achievement of an extremely high vacuum, the cryopump is divided into two, a pump section P and a refrigerator R; the pump section P is cut off, with a vacuum state maintained, from the refrigerator R; and cooling stages 49 and 69 of the refrigerator R are connected through detachable heat transfer means 53 and 73 to cryopanel 2 and 5 of the pump section P, whereby the pump section P and the refrigerator R being detachably connected together. A drive unit of the refrigerator R and a casing 1 of the pump section P are connected together by a bellows 36, and at least a part of the transfer means 53, which connects the cooling stage 49 and 69 of the refrigerator R to the cryopanels 2 and 5 of the pump section P, made of a flexible material.
