摘要： An information output apparatus includes a reader, circuitry, and an output device. The reader is configured to read user information from a recording medium storing the user information. The circuitry is configured to select, from a plurality of documents, one or more documents to be embedded with the user information as a selected document, determine whether the information output apparatus is connected to a network, instruct the reader to read the user information from the recording medium based on a determination indicating that the information output apparatus is not connected to the network, and embed the user information that is read from the recording medium in a specific area of the selected document. The output device is configured to output the selected document having the user information embedded therein.
