    • Provided is a dental filling/restoration kit, in which a pretreatment material and a filling/restoring material can be cured by only one irradiation with light, which enables further improved adhesion between a tooth and the filling/restoring material, which prevents the filling/restoring material from being easily colored, to thereby exhibit its excellent sensuousness. Specifically provided is a dental filling/restoration kit which includes: a filling/restoring material (A) containing 100 parts by mass of a radical-polymerizable monomer (a) containing 3 to 30 parts by mass of a water-soluble radical-polymerizable monomer having no acidic group (a1), a photopolymerization initiator (b), and a filler (c), the filler (c) being contained in an amount of 80 to 2,000 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the radical-polymerizable monomer (a); and a pretreatment material (B) containing a radical-polymerizable monomer having an acidic group (d) and water (e).

    • This invention discloses a dental adhesive composition comprising (A) a polymerizable monomer comprising an acidic-group containing polymerizable monomer such as 11-methacryloyloxy-1,1-undecane dicarboxylic acid, (B) a mixed filler of a spherical filler substantially consisting of a non-crosslinking polymethyl methacrylate and a spherical filler substantially consisting of a non-crosslinking polyethyl methacrylate; and (C) a polymerization initiator; and a dental adhesive kit comprising the above dental adhesive composition in combination with a dental primer comprising (D) an acidic-group containing polymerizable monomer, (E) an aryl borate, (F) an organosulfinic acid salt and (G) water. The dental adhesive composition exhibits good operability and improved adhesion performance.

    • [Problems] A dental adhesive composition containing an acid group-containing polymerizable monomer, that can be used as a dental adhesive material or a primer. The dental adhesive composition has excellent durability of adhesion exhibiting further improved adhering strength and durability of adhesion enabling teeth to be more strongly adhered to a composite resin or a prosthetic over extended periods of time.[Means for Solution] The dental adhesive composition contains a polymerizable monomer and ions of an element of the Group IV as basic components, at least 10 mass % of the polymerizable monomer being a polymerizable monomer having a hydrogenphosphate diester group, such as bis(2-methacryloyloxyethyl)hydrogenphosphate or 2-methacryloyloxyethylphenyl hydrogenphosphate, and the content of ions of the element of the Group IV such as titanium ions or zirconium ions in the composition being 0.1 to 1.0 in terms of mole ratio to the hydrogenphosphate diester groups of the polymerizable monomer that has the hydrogenphosphate diester group.
