In an example, a switch circuit can include a switch transistor having a control node and coupled to a first node and a second node, a delay circuit configured to receive control information and to provide the control information after a delay interval, and a gradual turn-on circuit configured to receive the delayed control information from the delay circuit and to transition the transistor from the off-state to the on-state over a ramp interval in response to the delayed control information.
