The matrix contains at least one essential oil, at least one hydrophile polymer, at least one substance having an adsorbent effect or/and at least one substance having an emulsifying effect, and at least one pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer. The water content of the matrix is less than 5% by weight, or even less than 1% by weight.
