摘要： The present invention relates to a high efficiency method of expressing immunoglobulin molecules in eukaryotic cells. The invention is further drawn to a method of producing immunoglobulin heavy and light chain libraries, particularly using the trimolecular recombination method, for expression in eukaryotic cells. The invention further provides methods of selecting and screening for antigen-specific immunoglobulin molecules, and antigen-specific fragments thereof. The invention also provides kits for producing, screening and selecting antigen-specific immunoglobulin molecules. Finally, the invention provides immunoglobulin molecules, and antigen-specific fragments thereof, produced by the methods provided herein.

摘要： Compositions and methods are provided for treating diseases associated with CD100, including certain types of cancers, autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases including central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS) inflammatory diseases, transplant rejections, and invasive angiogenesis. Compositions include anti-CD100 antibodies capable of binding to a soluble human CD100 antigen or a CD100 antigen located on the surface of a human CD100-expressing cell, wherein the antibody has CD100 blocking activity that is achieved by having at least one optimized CDR or FWR engineered within the variable region of the antibody. Compositions also include antigen-binding fragments, variants, and derivatives of the monoclonal antibodies, cell lines producing these antibody compositions, and isolated nucleic acid molecules encoding the amino acid sequences of the antibodies. The invention further includes pharmaceutical compositions comprising the anti-CD100 antibodies of the invention, or antigen-binding fragments, variants, or derivatives thereof, in a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and methods of use of these anti-CD100 antibodies.

摘要： The invention relates to antibodies which bind to tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) and uses thereof, in particular in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases, e.g. rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Specific human monoclonal antibodies which inhibit TNFα-mediated signalling pathways, and variants, fragments, and derivatives thereof are provided. Also provided are specific human monoclonal antibodies which block the ability of TNFα to bind to its receptor, as well as fragments, variants and derivatives of such antibodies. The invention also includes polynucleotides encoding the above antibodies or fragments, variants or derivatives thereof, as well as vectors and host cells comprising such polynucleotides.
