    • A broadcast information delivering system which includes a plurality of wireless terminals and a wireless base station having a transmitter for transmitting broadcast control information to a control channel, and a transmitter for transmitting a broadcast frame to a broadcast channel in accordance with a transmission condition defined in the broadcast control information. The broadcast frame includes a plurality of sub-frames containing different contents information to each other and a frame header including guidance information of the contents information. Each of the wireless terminals includes a receiver for receiving the control information from the control channel, and a receiver for receiving the broadcast frame from the broadcast channel based on the broadcast control information and selectively receiving the contents information in a specific one of said sub-frames in accordance with the guidance information of the broadcast frame.

    • A switching system exchanges communication information as fixed length cells between a plurality of incoming and outgoing highways. The fixed length cells each have a plurality of data portions with one data portion designated as a header portion for containing switching information. An address generating circuit generates read addresses and write addresses in response to the header portion of each cell and a control circuit. The plurality of cells from the incoming highways are simultaneously rotated in a rotation matrix with each of the cell's data portions rotated to a unique internal path. The data portions are then transmitted to identical write addresses in a plurality of memories via delay circuitry. The write addresses are transmitted through shift registers to the plurality of memories to allow the data portions of a single cell to occupy identical addresses within a plurality of memories. The control circuitry determines the correct outgoing highway for each cell based upon information contained within the header portion of each cell or a routing table. The data portions are then read out of read addresses in the plurality of memories and rotated by another rotation matrix. The rotated data portions reform the fixed length cell along a determined outgoing highway.

    • A recursive type digital filter receiving a digital input signal x(n) having a plurality of bits and delivering a ditial output signal y(n) satisfying the following equation, ##EQU1## where n indicates a natural number, M and N orders of time lag in the signal transference, a.sub.k and b.sub.k coefficients defined by a filter characteristic, a.sub.M and b.sub.N b being coefficients which are not equal to zero, comprises an output control circuit for delivering a digital signal indicating a positive or negative limit value in place of the digital output signal y(n) when the amplitude of the signal y(n) exceeds an allowable value. In combination with this output control circuit, the filter also utilizes a feedback signal for calculation purposes which feedback signal has its amplitude reduced from that of y(n) by a predetermined ratio. Further, an arrangement is provided for clearing registers of filter when necessary to prevent overflow oscillation.
