摘要： A larynx mask is provided that comprises a dorsal cover plate with an inflatable cuff integrally formed thereon and a tube connecting connector having an insertion section for connecting to an insertion tube. Two separate lumens are provided in the region of the insertion section, these being the esophageal lumen and a respiration lumen. These two lumens are separated from each other by a separating and supporting, wall. The separating and supporting wall extends from the insertion section to the tip of the larynx mask. While the esophageal lumen opens into an esophageal outlet at the proximal end of the mask, the respiration lumen opens in the ventral direction and is closed in the proximal direction close to the tip of the mask. Such a larynx mask is produced in one piece by way of injection of molding and is reinforced by the separating or supporting wall to prevent kinking.

摘要： A captive screw closure with a tamper-evident band and a screw cap captively connected thereto is disclosed. The screw closure includes an outer surface with an internal thread and an upper surface. The mechanical strain on the retaining bands are substantially reduced. This is achieved by the screw closure having at least one pulling element which permits a pure axial longitudinal movement of the screw cap to the tamper-evident band in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the screw closure. The screw closure includes a pivoting element, in particular a pivoting plate, connected either fixedly or pivotably to the tamper-evident band. The pivoting element, in particular the pivoting plate, is detachably connected to the screw cap. The pivoting element, in particular the pivoting plate, may be connected to the screw cap in a fixed but pivotable manner.

摘要： Self-opening plastic closures having a pouring spout including a flange, a cutting member that is moveable in the spout and a screw cap for actuating the cutting member. In this invention, the cutting member carries out a translatory cutting motion by the rotational movement of the screw cap. In order to open the sealed packaging, to which the plastic closure is attached, different torques are brought to bear. According to this invention, first means and second means engage with one another successively to produce different advance paths for each revolution of the screw cap.
