    • A drink dispensing system for at least one dispenser valve. The system includes a carbonator, an ice storage bin having heat transfer coils therein, a two-position valve, a carbonated water circuit, a source of water and a pump circuit. The two-position control valve acts in a first position to charge the carbonated tank with the source of water through a pump in the pump circuit. In a second position, the valve directs circulating flow through a closed loop carbonated water circuit which employs coils before and after the dispenser valves. A bypass around the pump allows flow at all times to the dispenser valves from the carbonator without passing through the pump. A shunt divides the output of the pump such that circulation is at about 15 gallons per hour even with the pump running at 100 gallons per hour. The shunt is not coupled with the pump with the control valve in the charge position. The pump may be a two-speed pump with the higher speed employed when the control valve is in the charge position. The system also may be employed with a single-speed pump.

    • A bar gun includes a housing assembly with valve seats, separate inlets to those seats and separate outlets from those seats. Valve elements are operatively mounted to the housing to cooperate with the valve seats. Actuators are pivotally mounted relative to the housing assembly to provide two valve actuations per actuator. A bar gun handle is arranged relative to the actuators to improve access to the actuator levers. A low-current electro-luminescent element is arranged behind a light-transmitting cover to improve visibility of labeling on the gun. Actuator bars are pivotally mounted below valve lifters on the actuators. Syrup valve elements and carbonated and noncarbonated water elements are located below the actuator bars to be actuated by the actuator bars to create the appropriate mix. Lost motion is provided between the actuator bars and the syrup valve elements to accommodate differentials in pressures between the waters and the syrups. The connector to the bar gun includes equal length supply tubes contained within a sheath. The tube end pieces at either end include grouped hole patterns. Shut off valves are employed at the tube end piece at the supply end of the connector which close the supply passages when the end piece is removed. Manual valves are also available to shut off individual supply lines.

    • A beverage dispensing system that fits inside a completely filled standard beverage container with minimal displacement of the beverage level. A fastener attaches the dispenser to the spout portion of the container. An inflatable bladder pressurizes the beverage at all times. Pressure tubing connects the bladder to a pressure sensor and a pressure source. A pin controls the flow of gas through the pressure tubing. Gas can flow into the bladder when the dispenser is attached to the container. Gas is purged out of the bladder and pressure tubing before the dispenser is removed from the container. A draw tube conducts the beverage under pressure from the container, through beverage exit tubing, out to be dispensed.

    • An ice delivery system includes an ice bin with an ice maker thereon. An auger dispenses ice from the bin and agitators within the bin prevent blockage. The agitation may follow a pattern depending on the location of the agitators with some about the periphery less employed than those adjacent the auger. An ice gate receives ice and flowing air to direct the ice pneumatically to a multistation diverter. The flow through the diverter is vertically downwardly. Tubes from the diverter convey ice to remote dispensing stations. The dispensing stations have prechambers with drains and lockable gates to advantageously receive ice for delivery into the remote station bins or block the ice storage area to allow cleaning. Conduit couplings are configured to connect tubing without creating an area of ice blockage or allowing the buildup of contamination. Germicidal lights or ozone may be used in the ice bin to avoid contamination. Further, active agents for cleaning, de-scaling or sanitizing may be introduced through the ice gate on an automatic cycled basis.

    • A wheel suspension system for vehicles, particularly relatively light-weight low-speed vehicles such as golf carts, industrial utility vehicles, and the like. The suspension system includes a suspension arm for each wheel extending longitudinally of and pivotally mounted at one end on the vehicle frame for vertical swinging movement of the wheel and arm about a transverse axis of the frame, and a spring for yieldably resisting upward and downward rotation of the arm relative to the frame. A primary feature of the invention resides in a restraining device which acts between the frame and each wheel suspension arm to yieldably resist, cushion, and damp deflection of the arm laterally of the frame during cornering and under other driving conditions that impose a lateral deflection load on the arm. In the disclosed inventive embodiment, each wheel suspension arm is furnished by a one-piece metal rod whose ends are bent laterally to form a wheel support and a torsion spring bar on the arm.

    • A waste disposal device having a comminuting chamber containing comminuting means powered by a hydraulic motor. Water efflux from the motor enters the chamber to aid passage of waste through the chamber. The disclosed comminuting means embodies a fixed comminuting member and a coacting oscillatory comminuting member driven in oscillation by a positive displacement oscillatory rotary vane hydraulic motor. Water flow to and from the hydraulic chamber spaces at opposite sides of the rotor vane is controlled by a reversing valve operated by the rotor at the ends of its oscillatory stroke in such a way that the rotor is driven in oscillation without stalling. The comminuting cutters of the disposal device have improved comminuting elements which provide a superior and powerful waste comminuting action.
