摘要： A LED that includes a light emitter that emits light of a first wavelength and a phosphor layer that converts a portion of that light to light of a second wavelength is disclosed. The phosphor layer includes a powdered phosphor suspended in a photo-curable medium that sets upon exposure to light of a curing wavelength. The phosphor layer can also include a thixotropic agent that reduces the rate at which the powdered phosphor settles in the medium prior to the medium being exposed to light of the curing wavelength. The photo-curable medium preferably includes a photo-curable epoxy that cures in a time that is short compared to the settling time of the phosphor powder in the medium.

摘要： A Gigabit/s transimpedance amplifier system includes a forward-path amplifier section with a very large bandwidth and an overall frequency-selective feedback section which is active only from DC to low frequencies. The forward-path of the amplifier comprises a regulated cascode for receiving the input signal, a regulated cascode for receiving the feedback signal, a single-ended to differential converter and an output buffer. Stability and frequency selection is achieved by a bandwidth-limited operational amplifier in the feedback path. The Miller multiplication of a capacitive means in the operational amplifier creates a low-frequency pole and stabilizes the feedback loop and thereby limits the frequency range of the feedback.

摘要： The present invention provides a method and system for selectively depositing light emitting film on a light emitting base layer, such as phosphors in a silicon gel carrier on a light emitting diode (LED). The combination of light emitting film and light emitting base layer are selected to give the desired light color, such as white light. The screen printing method comprises applying a photoresist layer to a base layer, masking the photoresist layer, irradiating the photoresist layer through the mask to make a soluble portion and insoluble portion, dissolving the soluble portion to reveal the base layer, and applying a light emitting film to the base layer where the soluble portion was removed. The base layer is then sawn to form LED chips or LED lamps.

A manifold spacer including an input port to receive a coolant gas and a first output port to output the coolant gas couples a pair of cooling plates together, the pair of cooling plates having opposing surfaces spaced apart by the manifold spacer to accommodate a passage of disks to be cooled. A first shower manifold is coupled to a first of the pair of cooling plates, the first shower manifold receives the coolant gas from the first output port in the manifold spacer and outputs the coolant gas flow in a first direction perpendicular to the opposing cooling plate surfaces and toward the media disk to be cooled.
