摘要： The present disclosure relates to a duty cycle adjusting circuit of a lighting system and method thereof for sensing light of a first color and a second color emitted by a light emitting device of the first color and a light emitting device of the second color to generate corresponding intensity values. Then a first pulse width correcting value and a second pulse width correcting value can be calculated for adjusting a first duty cycle and a second duty cycle of a driving current to adjust the illuminating intensity of the light emitting devices of the first and the second colors. Through these adjusting steps, the light of the first and the second colors is within a predetermined range of color temperature. Therefore, light source for stable light in color temperature is provided.

摘要： A height-adjustable apparatus, including a chassis, an actuation unit, an adjustment unit, and an elastic unit, is disclosed. The chassis has a positioning unit and an opening. The actuation unit, movably disposed on the chassis, had a first hole and a first engagement part. The first hole accommodates the positioning unit. The adjustment unit passes through the opening and is movably disposed on the chassis. The adjustment unit has a plurality of second engagement parts. The elastic unit is disposed in the first hole and between the positioning unit and the actuation unit. When the actuation unit is actuated, the first engagement part disengages with the second engagement part to allow movement of adjustment unit. When the actuation unit is non-actuated, the elastic unit forces the first engagement part to engage with a selected second engagement part to lock the adjustment unit.

摘要： A method transports a video over a network that includes multiple paths. First, a video is encoded into a base layer, one or more low bit-rate enhancement layers, and one or more high bit-rate enhancement layers using fine-granularity scalability. The base layer and the low bit-rate layers are duplicated into a multiple base layers and multiple low bit-rate enhancement layers, respectively. The high bit-rate layers are partitioned into multiple partial low-bit rate layers, and then each layer is transmitted over a different path of the network to a receiver.

The samples are associated with particular items. Touching items generates events. A decision with respect to a conflict affecting a next state of a particular item is made according to the events, the state and the policy.

A data push agent transmits the messages indexed by the pointers according to the multiple priority levels.

摘要： Methods and apparatus are provided for accessing an experience journal which includes unstructured text items relating to a topic, such as a medical condition. The method is implemented in a computer system including a processor, a storage device, a video display unit having a display screen, and a user interface. The unstructured text items are stored in the storage device. Similarities among the unstructured text items are determined, and icons, one corresponding to each of the unstructured text items, are displayed on the display screen. The icons are positioned on the display screen relative to each other, such that the distances between icons are representative of the determined similarities among the unstructured text items. In response to user selection of one of the icons, the corresponding unstructured text item is displayed on the display screen.
