    • A system for mapping and/or displaying spatiotemporal features of underlying event-related neural activity involves measuring the event-related evoked potential values at a limited number of points over the region of interest, deriving a first grid of potential values at points over the area of interest representing at least about a five fold increase in the number of points by a Kriging-type of spatial statistical interpolation, and using the first grid to derive for the region of interest a second grid of points of current density values by a Laplacian conversion. A plurality of second grids of current density values spaced apart in time are derived and displayed on a monitor in cartoon-type fashion to provide a cartoon-type display of the features of the event-related evoked response over the region of interest varying with time. Various other displays are possible for highlighting specific features.

    • A closed cycle power system adaptable for use in terrestrial and extraterrestrial applications. A combustor is provided for combusting a fuel and an oxidizer at stoichiometric conditions. The resulting combustion efflux is combined with a third product to form a working fluid. The third product has the same atomic and molecular constituents as the fuel and oxidizer. An engine is provided for receiving the working fluid and driving power output therefrom. The exhaust from the engine is cooled and a controlled portion therefrom is extracted and condensed. The controlled portion is separated into its original atomic constituents for storage under high pressure and ultimate reuse as said fuel and oxidizer. The remaining portion of the exhaust is recompressed and reheated. That remaining portion becomes said third product which becomes combined with the comsution efflux to form a working fluid. The resulting stoichiometric closed loop process provides an efficient source of power.

The fixture includes an outer assembly configured to attach to the vehicle roof. The fixture further includes an inner assembly having first and second net blocks connected thereon. The first and second net blocks define the desired installation position of the sunroof glass with respect to the vehicle roof. The inner assembly is configured to attach to the vehicle roof. The inner assembly is further configured to attach to the sunroof glass and to move the glass against the first and second net blocks. The inner assembly is disposed substantially within the outer assembly and is pivotally connected at a first pivot point to the outer assembly. Finally, the fixture includes a first movement actuator disposed between the outer assembly and inner assembly for selectively rotating the inner assembly about the first pivot point relative to the outer assembly.

    • A pressure adhesive film backed automotive vehicle exterior body panel decal applicator tool for applying a decal to a planar and/or non-planar surface of an automotive vehicle external body panel is provided. The tool includes an applicator blade having two blade edge portions formed on opposite longitudinal edges. The blade has a central portion including a pair of parallel spaced-apart protrusions and a valley between the spaced-apart protrusions, the valley having a generally flat portion with a first thickness. A handle is provided by a polymeric tubular member having a wall thickness between 3 and 6 mm with a slot of a second thickness which is one-half or less of the first thickness. The slot has opposing edge walls and at an extreme end the slot has an axially expanding tapered opening to receive the blade valley. The slot edge walls compliantly engage the valley of the blade to retain said blade in a generally fixed position but to also allow limited angular movement of the applicator blade in response to a moment force.
