    • In a method or system for scanning a source image, the source image is scanned with a sensor that comprises multiple line arrays designed to detect a specific color such that a color separation of the source image to be scanned is generated by each line array. The color separations represent the source image in the form of pixels. The pixels of the different separations of the source image are at least partially offset relative to one another. The pixels of the color separations are separately filtered with multiple FIR sub-filters. The filtered pixels of the source image of the multiple color separations are summed into pixels of a target image.

    • In a method for monitoring of a print image, a real image is electro-optically detected and digitized in individual pixels. A reference image is provided that is segmented into a plurality of segments such that respective pixels in the respective segments exhibit approximately a same color property as the respective segments, a reference value describing said color property being associated with the pixels arranged in the respective segments. Color properties of the pixels of the real image are compared with the corresponding reference values of the reference image, and given a deviation from a predetermined threshold value, a corresponding pixel is marked as an error in a result image.

    • A retractor for a vehicle safety belt is provided, comprising a housing, a load bearing ratchet pawl supported in the housing, and a belt drum rotatably mounted in the housing. The belt drum is provided with ratchet disks at its axial ends. The ratchet disks are coaxial with the belt drum and are provided with a ratchet toothing at its outer circumference, into which the ratchet pawl can be engaged for locking the belt drum in the direction of pay-off of belt webbing coiled on the belt drum. The belt drum is further provided with energy take-up means arranged in the power transmission path between the belt drum and the ratchet disks. This energy take-up means are adapted to allow rotation of the belt drum in relation to the ratchet disks in the pay-off direction under heavy strain.

    • This invention relates to a safety belt system for vehicles comprising a belt retractor 10 and a webbing clamping mechanisms 12 arranged downstream of the retractor 10 and having two clamping wedges 46 and 48 which are arranged opposite each other in a housing on either side of the webbing. When the slide faces 54, 56 bear on the support surfaces 42, 44 the clamping faces 50, 52 of the clamping wedges 46, 48 form an angle of about one degree with each other which is open in the direction G of the belt withdrawal. Holding devices 402, 404; 410, 414 are provided for holding said clamping wedges 46, 48 in said rest position with their slide faces 54, 56 inclined to said support surfaces 42, 44 and their clamping faces parallel to the webbing. The holding devices become ineffective under load so that the slide faces 54, 56 make a surface contact with said support surfaces 42, 44 and the clamping faces 50, 52 form an angle of about one degree with each other which is open in the direction (G) of belt withdrawal.

    • A belt retractor is provided which comprises a housing, a belt drum mounted in the housing so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation, and a spring drive for the belt drum. The spring drive comprises an output drive part connected with the belt drum in such a manner as to prevent relative rotation, an intermediate part arranged rotatably in relation to the belt drum and to the housing and being centered on the axis of rotation of the belt drum, a wind-up spring effective between the housing and the intermediate part, an auxiliary spring effective between the intermediate part and the output drive part, and a spring cover. The spring cover and the output drive part are provided with receiving means coaxial to the belt drum and having interlocking means for a pin. The pin is simultaneously engageable with both of the receiving means in such a manner as to prevent relative rotation. The intermediate part is rotatably mounted on the pin. Furthermore, a method for mounting the spring drive of a belt retractor to the belt retractor is provide.
