摘要： An electrical machine has a surface-cooled stator having two stator plate stacks provided with slots and two stator windings arranged one after the other in an axial direction and inserted in the slots of the stator plate stack, a drive shaft, two pole systems cooperating with the stator windings, a metal housing arranged so that winding ends of the stator windings project outwardly beyond the metal housing and the two plate stacks are enclosed by the metal housing and fitted in the latter so as to conduct heat. The two stator plate stacks are offset relative to one another by half a slot spacing and, together with the winding ends of the stator windings are embedded in heat conducting plastic to form a prefabricated construction unit.

摘要： In a slipring-less generator having magnetic coupling rotors embodied in claw pole fashion, it is proposed that the two additional air gaps, which are embodied by annular magnetic flux guide elements, are extended obliquely at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the generator and extend at least in part above or below the field winding, so that with a corresponding enlargement of the further two air gaps present in addition to the working air gap and a resultant reduction of magnetic voltage in these air gaps, either higher power or a shorter structural length with a corresponding weight reduction is obtained.

摘要： To provide for effective cooling of an automotive-type alternator and/or other equipment within an automobile, for example the radiator or other heat exchanger, even under external high-temperature conditions and low engine speed (n.sub.E), for example under idling conditions, the alternator phase windings (6, 7, 8) are connected to respective phase windings (16, 17, 18) of a three-phase squirrel-cage motor which is connected to a blower (2), preferably a radial-type fan, directing forced air circulation towards the alternator and/or the vehicle radiator, the alternator then being placed within the airstream of the radiator as well. A temperature and/or speed-responsive switch can be interposed between the alternator and the motor to energize the motor only if the temperature of the alternator and/or the engine, or other component, rises above a predetermined level, or if the alternator speed drops below a predetermined level.

摘要： An electrical machine, preferably a three-phase alternator for vehicles, has a surface-cooled stator which has two stator plate stacks arranged one after the other in the axial direction with two stator windings inserted in the latter. The winding ends of the stator windings, which windings ends project out at the front side, and the two stator plate stacks are enclosed by a metal housing and fitted into the latter so as to conduct heat. For manufacturing the stator in a simple and compact manner accompanied by good heat conduction the stator plate stacks be be embedded in a heat conducting plastic together with spacing means and connection parts contacting the connection conductors of the stator windings in a compression mold with a base part supporting the connection parts so as to form a constructional unit.

摘要： The electric machine, preferably a three-phase generator (10) for vehicles with a liquid-cooled, pot-shaped metal housing (20) includes two three-phase systems arranged in the house and situated one after the other in the axial direction, a drive shaft (13) received in the base of the metal housing on one end and in a bearing cover (18) on the drive end. For a compact connection of the two three-phase systems and exciter systems with rectifier units and regulators the electrical connections of the three-phase and exciter windings (31, 32; 14, 15) are received in the bearing cover (18) so that they are electrically connected with positive and negative diodes (44, 45) of the rectifier units arranged externally on the bearing cover (18) and with the regulators and connection terminals (22) of the machine via printed circuit boards (65, 80). The negative diodes are pressed into the bearing cover (18) and the positive diodes (45) are pressed into positive heat sinks (60), which are fastened externally to the bearing cover (18) so as to be thermally conductive and electrically insulated. For protection against dirt, moisture and the like and for the electrical connection the winding connections, the rectifier units and regulators are covered by at least one of the printed circuit boards (65, 80) fastened to the cover (18).
