摘要： An airtight container including a container body having a neck with an opening at one end, a cap having inside a portion having a convex lower end side and attaches to the neck, and a packing. A vertical cross-section of a mouth of the opening forms an upwardly convex curve. The packing has a first concave portion formed on the outer rim of the upper surface, a second concave portion formed on the lower surface sharing a bottom with the first concave portion, and a bent portion radially outboard of the center of the packing and radially inboard of the first and second concave portions are formed, to generate stress that widens the first concave portion and narrows the second concave portion when the cap is attached and the inner surface of the second concave portion is contacted against the mouth of the opening of the neck.

摘要： A container with elastic screen has a container body with an opening therein for extracting the contents; an outer lid that seals the opening, detachably attachable to the container body; a screen made of elastic mesh material, disposed so as to cover the opening; and a mesh adjustment mechanism for adjusting a mesh size of the screen. The mesh adjustment mechanism includes a moving member and a fixed member. With a normal direction to the plane in which the screen is stretched as the vertical direction, the moving member has a portion that contacts in a ring shape the peripheral edge of the top surface of the screen and makes the portion movable in the vertical direction with respect to the opening. The fixed member is fixed to the opening while fixing a vertical position of the moving member.

摘要： A method for forming an overmolded container by covering a hollow inner bottle made of resin with an injection of a molten resin which forms an outer. The method comprises steps of setting the inner bottle in a mold with a space therebetween for forming the outer and circulating a pressurized gas into and out of a hollow space of the inner bottle through an upper opening thereof. The pressurized gas is supplied through a first path which opens toward an inner wall of the inner bottle and discharged out of the inner bottle through a second path. The pressurized gas supplied into and discharged out of the inner bottle is adjusted in pressure while the molten resin is being injected to the mold.

摘要： An inner plug mounted to the neck of the flexible container has a cylindrical hollow portion that contains a valve element, a valve seat disposed below the valve element, a permanent magnet disposed below the valve seat that attracts the valve element to the valve seat, and a discharge outlet in the top of the inner plug to allow discharge of fluid contents of the container via a flow path extending from the discharge outlet to the container body via a void formed between the valve element and the valve seat. The valve element is movable between a closed valve state, in which the valve element contacts the valve seat, and the bottom of the discharge outlet. An open valve state is achieved once pressure inside the container overcomes the magnetic attraction of the valve element to the valve seat and forces the valve element away from the valve seat.

摘要： A cosmetic container which is capable of stabilizing an action of a hinge portion is provided with a single pivot shaft member, and improving opening and closing functions of a lid body. Included are: a container main body configured to contain a cosmetic; a lid body turnably provided to the container main body and capable of opening and closing the container main body; and a first pivot support member and a second pivot support mechanism disposed on a pivot axis about which the lid body turns, and causing the container main body to turnably support the lid body. The first pivot support member includes: a compression coil spring located between the container main body and the lid body; and a lock member and a pivot member. The second pivot support mechanism includes fan-shaped recessed and projecting portions and a shaft portion of the second pivot support member.
