摘要： An extrusion nozzle for making tubular preforms has a mandrel extending along a vertical axis, an annular and stationary nozzle body spacedly radially surrounding the mandrel, and a holding ring having an upper end axially slidable in the nozzle body, braced axially downwardly against the nozzle body, and having a lower end spaced radially inward from shiftable limitedly radially relative to the nozzle body. A nozzle ring has an upper end axially slidable in the holding ring, is braced axially downwardly against the nozzle body, and has a radially deflectable lower end forming an annular extrusion gap with the mandrel. A first positioner engages the lower end of nozzle ring and is operable to radially deflect this lower end. A second positioner engages radially with the lower end of the holding ring or with the nozzle ring for radially deflecting same.

摘要： An extruder head for extrusion blow-molding plastic containers includes a ring gap nozzle with a mandrel and a ring-shaped nozzle body. An elastically deformable sleeve is arranged on an end of the nozzle outlet side and defines a gap width which can be varied by axial setting movements of the mandrel and/or the nozzle body. The geometry of the nozzle gap can be influenced by radially deforming the sleeve with setting devices during the extrusion of a hose-shaped preformed blank. The sleeve may be moved in a radial direction and is guided on sliding surfaces which support it in upward and downward directions. The sleeve may be in the form of a cylinder or tube. A lower edge of the sleeve shapes a cross-section of a melt stream exiting from the ring gap nozzle.

摘要： Tubular bodies are extruded from thermoplastic material by forming a tubular preform at an exit of an extruder head die after which the tubular preform is then blown to the configuration of a cavity of a blow mold. The position of the preform relative to the blow mold is regulated and/or controlled, and waste portions produced in the blow mold are separated from the blown hollow body. The weight of the separated lower waste portions and/or the net weight of the hollow body when in accumulation head operation is measured in order to control and/or regulate the position of the preform and to change the die slit in the event of a weight deviation from a reference value. With respect to continuous extruder operation of an extruder head, either the hollow body net weight and the weight of the lower waste portions are measured and compared with reference values or the positions of markings relative to particularly critical cross-sectional zones are compared with present reference values to derive appropriate position control and/or regulation of the preform.

The position of the parison and particularly a thickened portion thereof is regulated and/or controlled relative to critical cross-sectional regions of the hollow body blown therefrom. The hollow body of the separated lower waste portions and/or the net weight of the hollow body is measured in order to control and/or regulate the position of the thickened portion of the parison and to change the die slit as need be upon deviation from a reference value. The latter is particularly beneficial in accumulation head operation, while in continuous operation, either the hollow body net weight and the weight of the lower waste-portion is measured and compared with a reference characteristic or the hollow body net weight is compared to a reference characteristic and markings reflective of the critical cross-sectional regions of the blown article are sensed.
