摘要： The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a low density inorganic powder insulator having a low density molded structure using expanded perlite without a binder and a mold machine for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a technology of uniformly dispersing perlite particles having a shape of irregular fragments of glass using expanded perlite to form a framework among synthetic silica to improve molding strength even at a low density, thereby reducing thermal conductivity (conduction and convection blocking) due to a low density and an increase in a specific surface area. Further, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a low density inorganic powder insulator having a molded structure using economical expanded perlite having excellent physical properties by compression-molding a clad sheet material using a mold machine having a porous plate and a filter so as to remove pressure and air, which are generated during compression due to the use of the clad sheet material having low specific gravity and a large specific surface area, from a molded product or manufacturing the clad sheet material into a compressed clad sheet using a compression roller, and a mold machine for manufacturing the same.

摘要： Apparatus for unrolling rolls of building insulation in vertical strips from the roof eave down, and adapted to be carried by an aerial work platform that in turn is carried by an elevator, has a pair of spars as well as an arbor and a tensioning control mechanism. The spars are spaced apart and are mounted to as well as project away from the aerial work platform. The arbor is carried between the spaced spars for inserting through the core of a role of insulation and allowing the insulation to be unrolled from the roll in the form of strips to be hung on the building. The tensioning control mechanism is provided for controlling the unrolling of the roll.

In a typical embodiment, there is provide a length or strip of friction clip configured to provide a tight grip along the outer surface of a framing member such as a stud, thereby maintaining tension on a masking film or web thereby affixed to an array of studs. The masking film arrayed in such manner thereby defines a plurality of voids or cavities which may thereafter be filled with blown insulation and then finished with wall paneling. The friction clips are designed to complement conventional framing members. Thus, one embodiment described below is suitable for a solid stud such as lumber or polymer; other embodiments are designed to be affixed to steel light framing members such as C-studs and similar profiles.

A condensation process: an alkali catalyst is added into the sol to perform a condensation reaction, and a hydrophobic dispersion solvent is added and stirred during the condensation process, thereby subjecting sol to be gelled when it is stirred, further producing the aerogel particle with a uniform structure.

Each girt insulation block preferably includes a contoured bottom surface, a girt cavity and a retention projection. Each reflective insulation panel includes a foil heat reflective strip and an insulation block. The foil heat reflective strip is affixed to a top or bottom of each insulation block. The girt insulation block is installed under each horizontal girt along a height of the outer wall. The plurality of reflective insulation panels are placed between a floor girt and a bottom of a girt insulation block; between a top of a horizontal girt and a bottom of a girt insulation block; or a top of a horizontal girt and a bottom of an eave girt insulation block.
