    • An enterprise-wide query relaxative support vector machine ranking algorithm approach provides enhanced functionality for query execution in a heterogeneous enterprise environment. Improved query results are obtained by adjusting ranking functions using machine learning methods to automatically train ranking functions. The improved query results are obtained using a list of document-query pairs that are modeled as a binary classification training problem, combination function which requires ranking and learning functions to be implemented representing document attributes and metadata utilizing query relaxation techniques and adjusted ranking functions. Machine learning methods implement user feedback to automatically train ranking functions.

    • A conveniently removable bicycle seat with interior storage space that converts into a carrying case is disclosed. The bicycle seat is comprised of upper and lower support members which are attached to a hinged plate in a clamshell design. The bicycle seat is removably attached to a bicycle frame with an attachment means in the underside of the lower support member. When removed from the bicycle frame, the bicycle seat acts as a carrying case for the storage and transport of various personal items. The upper and lower support members may be removed from the hinged plate and interchanged with other support members of varying shapes, sizes and designs to suit the physical and aesthetic needs of the bicyclist. The seat includes an indentation in the front center region of the seat to alleviate any potential pressure on the genitalia.

    • A method of fabricating double-side corrugated cylindrical capacitor of high density Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) cells. The corrugated capacitor shape is achieved by depositing the thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) oxide and the plasma-enhanced CVD (PECVD) oxide alternating layers. Then, the thermal CVD oxide and the PECVD oxide layers are vertically etched to form two trenches followed by laterally etched by hydrofluoric acid (HF). Because hydrofluoric acid (HF) etches the thermal CVD oxide at a slower rate than etches the PECVD oxide, a cavity is formed in each PECVD oxide layer along the trenches. Finally, polysilicon layer is deposited filling into the trenches. Therefore, the double-side corrugated shape capacitor surface is created that increases the surface area of the capacitor considerably. The cylindrical capacitor storage node of the DRAM capacitor of this method has much greater surface area so as to increase the capacitance value of the DRAM capacitor, that can achieve high packing density of the integrated circuit devices.

The EEPROM structure also includes a select gate covering a part of the channel of the EEPROM cell, with a polysilicon spacer adjacent to the select gate.     • The present invention relates to an automatic temperature controlling system for semiconductor process, when one of the chillers in the temperature controlling system is out of order, then another chiller will automatically take over the function of the broken one by using the second temperature controlling path. The automatic temperature controlling system includes: at least two chambers used for performing a process having first temperature controlling paths for providing coolant circulations while the system is in normal condition, and having a second temperature controlling path for providing at least one coolant circulation while the system is in abnormal condition; at least two chillers are respectively connected to the chambers for controlling the temperature of the chambers; a plurality of first normal-on valves are used to control the condition of the first temperature controlling paths; a plurality of second normal-on valves are used to control the condition of the first temperature controlling paths; and a plurality of pairs of normal-off valves are used to control the condition of the second temperature controlling paths.
