    • A sliding member excellent in cavitation resistance and friction properties which has a sliding surface composed of a resin composition comprising a tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin and a polytetrafluoroethylene having a molecular weight of 5,000,000 to 15,000,000 and optionally a solid lubricant, wherein the proportion of the tetrafluoro-ethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin is 1 to 50% by volume based on the volume of the resin composition and the proportion of the solid lubricant is 0.5 to 10% by volume based on the volume of the resin composition. The addition of the solid lubricant results in an enhancement of friction properties and the use of an exfoliated graphite as the solid lubricant brings about a further enhancement of friction properties.

    • A development processing apparatus in which a photosensitive material is processed in processing solutions, and thereafter, the photosensitive material which has been processed in the processing solutions is subjected to drying processing by a dry air from a drying machine built in the development processing apparatus, comprising: a re-drying section which delivers the dry air from the drying machine to the outer side of the development processing apparatus; and photosensitive material holding means in which, in order to dry again the photosensitive material which has been subjected to drying processing by the dry air from the re-drying section, the photosensitive material which has been subjected to drying processing is held such that the surface of the photosensitive material which has been subjected to drying processing is substantially parallel to the direction of the dry air delivered from the re-drying section. Therefore, even if the plurality of photosensitive materials which have been subjected to drying processing are held by the photosensitive material holding means, each surface of the photosensitive materials which have been subjected to drying processing is substantially parallel to the dry air from the re-drying section, and the dry air flows between the photosensitive materials adjacent to each other. Accordingly, the photosensitive materials which have been subjected to drying processing are reliably dried again.

    • Disclosed are a sliding material comprising a backing metal having a porous metal layer formed on the surface thereof in which pores are defined and a composition for impregnation coating impregnated and coated to the pores and the surface thereof, wherein the composition for impregnation coating is a composition composed of (a) 5-30 vol % of metal lead having a relative surface area of 1,000-8,500 cm.sup.2 /g in an average particle size, and the remaining portion substantially composed of PTFE, a sliding material comprising a backing metal having porous metal layer formed on the surface thereof in which pores are defined and a composition for impregnation coating impregnated and coated to the pores and the surface thereof, wherein the composition for impregnation coating is a composition composed of (b) 5-30 vol % of metal lead having a relative surface area of 1,000-8,500 cm.sup.2 /g in an average particle size, 0.5-30 vol % of at least one kind selected from a group B (filler) composed of solid lubricant such as metal oxide, metal fluoride, graphite, and the like, a fiber material such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, and the like, and ceramics such as SiC, and the like, and the remaining portion substantially composed of PTFE, a total of the respective components other than the PTFE being 5.5-50 vol %, and a method of manufacturing a sliding material comprising the steps of impregnating and covering the above composition for impregnation coating (a) or (b) to the pores and the surface thereof defined in the porous metal layer formed on the surface of a backing metal, and thereafter baking the backing metal with the above composition for impregnation coating (a) or (b) in a neutral atmosphere or in a reducing atmosphere.
