    • A PWM inverter system having a sine (low-pass) filter. The sine filter includes a reactor and a capacitor, and is connected to the output of a PWM inverter. The instantaneous current flowing through the capacitor, and the instantaneous output current supplied from the sine filter to a load are detected. An instantaneous voltage command value is corrected on the basis of the detected current values. This makes it possible to limit oscillating waveforms involved in the output voltage of the PWM inverter without using a damping circuit which was connected in parallel with the capacitor in a conventional sine filter. The capacitor of the sine filter may be composed of a plurality of capacitors connected in parallel, and this will serve to further reduce the size of the sine filter. In a parallel operation of a plurality of PWM inverters, a cross current, that is, the difference between an instantaneous output current command value and an instantaneous capacitor current command value is reduced by correcting the instantaneous voltage command value. This makes it possible to share the current assigned to each PWM inverter with high stability.

    • A data imprinting device for a camera is provided which imprints symbolic data on a part of a photographing film. The data imprinting device comprises an object luminance photometric sensor for detecting luminance of an object in the vicinity of a symbolic data imprinting area, and a light emitting means including a light source for imprinting symbolic data in a photographing film. The brightness of the light source is controllable. In addition the device comprises a control means for controlling the brightness of the light source in the light emitting means according to the luminance of the object in the vicinity of the symbolic data imprinting area which is detected by the object luminance photometric sensor. In a second embodiment, the quantity of light emitted by the printing section is controlled according to the relationship between the detected luminance of the symbolic data imprinting area and the detected luminance of the areas other than the symbolic data imprinting area.

    • An endless linear motion roller bearing assembly includes a rail, a slider and a plurality of rollers interposed between the rail and the slider. The slider is provided with at least one endless circulation path which includes a load path section defined between the slider and the rail, a return path section and a pair of curved connecting path sections, each connecting the corresponding ends of the load and return path sections. The rollers roll along the endless circulation path back and forth to provide a limitless relative motion between the rail and the slider. Each of the curved connecting path section is typically semicircular in shape and its outer half wall surface is defined by a V-shaped guide plate of a thin steel plate. Preferably, the V-shaped guide plate is formed with a tongue at one end where the curved connecting path section is connected to the load path section to provide a smooth transition. In addition, the V-shaped guide plate is formed with a mating projection which projects outward from a surface of the end block to be fitted into a mating recess formed in a side cover plate to thereby provide a smooth transition between the curved connecting path section and the return path section.
