    • A container handling and flow system comprising a plurality of base elements (1, 31) for mounting on top of containers and fasteners for locking the base elements on to corner fittings (14) of a container. The base elements are elongate and have a length corresponding to the width of the containers to be handled, said system possibly including base elements of different lengths corresponding to different container standards. The fasteners are arranged one at each end of the base element at a distance corresponding the distance between the corner fittings. The base elements have sufficient strength and stiffness for allowing the load of a second or more container(s) resting on top of or moving across a pair of base elements mounted on a first container.

    • A proppant storage vessel has a first container with an interior volume, and a second container supported in spaced relation above the first container. The first container has a bottom hatch affixed to a bottom wall thereof. The bottom hatch is movable between an open position and a closed position. The first container has an opening at a top wall thereof. The second container has bottom hatch formed on a bottom wall thereof. The bottom hatch of the second container is aligned with the opening of the first container such that a proppant in the second container can flow through the hatch thereof into the interior volume of the first container. Each of the containers includes first, second, third and fourth inclined surfaces positioned in the interior volume and extending from the respective side walls and end walls thereof toward the bottom hatch.

    • A fuel oil tank is comprised of a sealed reservoir having side walls, a top and bottom walls, and opposed end walls. A closable inlet port is provided to admit fuel oil in the reservoir. An outlet port is provided in the bottom wall and is adapted to receive a coupling to connect a feed pipe to supply fuel oil to a remote apparatus. The bottom wall has an evacuation channel formed in a lowermost part thereof to direct fuel oil from the lowermost part of the tank to the outlet port which is located in a base of the evacuation channel whereby any liquid in the fuel oil which is heavier than the fuel oil will be channeled to the outlet port and not accumulate in the lowermost part of the bottom wall of the tank where it would inhibit the formation of rust in the reservoir.

    • A trailer shipping container having an exterior box for surrounding a portion of a trailer body with an upper portion of the trailer body extending upwardly out of the open end of the exterior box. Foam billets contoured to fit the shape of the lower corners of the trailer body are positioned in the bottom of the exterior box to support the trailer body and to support an interior box containing other trailer assembly components. The interior box is spaced above the floor of the exterior box and a pair of fork lift slots are provided near the bottom of the exterior box to permit the forks of a fork lift truck to contact the undersurface of the interior box to lift and maneuver the entire container. Corner slots at the upper end of the exterior box form inwardly projecting tabs to provide support and vertical alignment for the trailer body. The corner slots also locate and receive a cinch strap to tightly band the container to the trailer body. A plastic protective bag encompasses the trailer body extending upwardly out of the open top of the exterior box.
