摘要： A method for controlling a gas turbine power plant, a gas turbine power plant, a method for controlling a carbon-containing fuel gasifier, and a carbon-containing fuel gasifier that can keep constant the amount of heat generated from a synthetic gas produced by the carbon-containing fuel gasifier. The gas turbine power plant includes a coal gasifier including a coal gasifier unit that gasifies a fuel containing carbon to produce a synthetic gas and a water-cooled wall duct disposed on the coal gasifier unit and to which a coolant, i.e., water, is directed; a gas turbine combustor that combusts the synthetic gas to produce combustion gas; a gas turbine rotated by the combustion gas produced by the gas turbine combustor; and a generator that generates electrical power. The amount of fuel fed to the coal gasifier is controlled depending on the amount of heat absorbed by the coolant directed to the water-cooled wall duct.

摘要： Provided is a gas cooler for cooling a produced gas on a side from which the produced gas exits, the produced gas being produced by partially oxidizing and gasifying a carbon-containing fuel in a gasification furnace inside a pressure vessel. A distance (SL) between tubes of a tube bundle of a heat exchanger provided inside the gas cooler is set such that the tubes are in contact with each other or adjacent to each other in a gas-flow direction of the produced gas. Since the tubes are in contact with each other or adjacent to each other, a particle flowing with the gas flow is only deposited as a deposited particle in a concave portion between the tubes, whereby the decrease in heat exchange efficiency caused by particle deposition can be suppressed.

A combustion furnace (102) heats the fluid medium output from the gasification furnace. A flow rate adjuster (106) distributes the fluid medium heated in the combustion furnace to the gasification furnace and a buffer section (112). In this manner, irrespective of the flow rate of the fluid medium in the entire circulation fluidized bed-type gasification furnace (100), the buffer section (112) enables the fluid medium to bypass to the combustion furnace. As a result, the flow rate of the fluid medium in the gasification furnace (110) can be maintained at a desired flow rate.

摘要： A hot oxygen nozzle and uses thereof in a gasifier, the hot oxygen nozzle comprising an outer-ring spout, a middle-ring spout, an inner-ring spout, and a central spout all sequentially and coaxially disposed, and a cooling system; the gasifier is an entrained-flow gasifier provided with one or more nozzles on a certain plane or a plurality of planes at the top or on the periphery of the gasifier body. The nozzle has a simple structure and is easy to make and maintain. A fuel gas passage is disposed inside the nozzle. Oxygen can be heated by a combustion of fuel gas; and high-temperature and high-speed oxygen can directly ignite carbonaceous materials such as coal-water slurry and coke-oven gas. The present invention can be applied in a gasifier and then in the final process of synthesis gas preparation.
