摘要： A method of forming a hybrid, hand-held drinking bottle includes connecting a top element to a bottom element to form a seam therebetween. The top element includes a top wall extending around a top axis, and a top opening extending within the top element between opposed ends of the top wall. The top element is formed from a material that is of a first hardness. The bottom element comprises an end wall, a bottom wall extending around a bottom axis, and a bottom opening extending between the end wall and an opposing end of the bottom wall. The bottom element is formed from a material that is of a second hardness less than the first hardness. The top opening is in communication with the bottom opening when the top element is connected to the bottom element. The method further includes over molding a collar around the seam.

摘要： An oral care system includes a dispenser comprising a product tube having a reservoir containing an oral care material and an outlet. In one embodiment, the dispenser may be configured for detachable coupling to a toothbrush. A compression device engages the product tube and pressurizes the tube contents. The oral care material may be dispensed by actuating a valve fluidly coupled to the reservoir and outlet. In one embodiment, actuating the valve includes a flow orifice movable into and out of a flow path through the dispenser. Oral care material may be dispensed by positioning the orifice in the flow path in which the pressurized material flows outwards the product tube. To stop the flow of oral care material, the orifice is removed from the flow path which blocks the path. An operating button is provided in one embodiment to change position of the flow orifice.

摘要： Instant self-heating containers include a combinable reactant and activator used to generate an exothermic reaction for heating contents of the container. One instant self-heating container includes a target container, a pierceable activator container and a reaction chamber. Piercing the activator container causes activator to combine with the reactant and cause an exothermic reaction that heats the target container. The container may be used as depilatory wax dispenser. Another instant self-heating container includes an outer housing containing a contents pouch and a reactant, and capped by a lid having an activator chamber. Rupturing the activator chamber allows activator to combine with the reactant in an exothermic reaction to heat the contents pouch. Another instant self-heating container includes a flexible outer tube containing contents to be heated, a flexible reaction vessel, and a frangible activator vessel. Bending the outer tube causes the activator vessel to rupture and cause an exothermic reaction.

摘要： A collapsible container is provided with a one-way valve. The valve comprises a cupola shaped slitted membrane forming a closure head to allow dispensing a liquid contained in the container by opening the membrane under liquid pressure. When pressure is reduced the membrane will close and prevent the entrance of air into the container. To avoid a deformation of the membrane in counter dispensing direction a supporting column is arranged within the valve ending in a distance from the lower side of the membrane. This column will prevent an opening of the membrane closure head towards the container storage room when air pressure in direction into the container is too high to be borne by the membrane closure head alone.

The container has a body that has a storage chamber for storing the substance and a head portion for holding the valve assembly. To dispense the substance, pressure is applied to the body forcing the substance into the valve assembly, which in turn, controls the flow and release of the substance without exposing the remaining substance to the external atmosphere; thus, the sterility of the storage chamber and remaining substance is maintained, and the shelf life of the substance is increased.
