摘要： An active material for a battery contains a Y2Ti2O5S2 crystalline phase, and has an IB/IA value of 0.3 or smaller and an IC/IA value of 0.15 or smaller, wherein IA, IB and IC are the peak intensity of the Y2Ti2O5S2 crystalline phase at 2θ=34.5°, the peak intensity of a Y2T2O7 crystalline phase at 2θ35.6°, and the peak intensity of TiS2 at 2θ=34.1°, respectively, that are measured by X-ray diffraction using CuKα radiation. The active material is synthesized by preparing a raw material composition containing TiS2, TiO2 and Y2O3 and having a molar ratio of TiS2 to Y2O3 of higher than 1 or containing TiS2, TiO2 and Y2O3 and having a molar ratio of TiO2 to Y2O3 of lower than 1, and heating the raw material composition. A positive or negative-electrode active material layer included in the battery may be contain the active material.

The method includes (S1) coating a polymerization initiator on a surface of at least one selected from a group consisting of a cathode, an anode, a separator of a non-woven fabric, and a battery case, the surface needed to be contacted with a gel polymer electrolyte; (S2) putting an electrode assembly including the cathode, the anode, the separator of a non-woven fabric into the battery case; and (S3) forming a gel polymer electrolyte by introducing a gel polymer electrolyte composition including an electrolyte solvent, an electrolyte salt and a polymer electrolyte monomer into the battery case, and polymerizing the monomer.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for preparing a lithium iron phosphate nanopowder coated with carbon, including the steps of (a) preparing a mixture solution by adding a lithium precursor, an iron precursor and a phosphorus precursor in a glycerol solvent, (b) putting the mixture solution into a reactor and reacting to prepare amorphous lithium iron phosphate nanoseed particle, and (c) heat treating the lithium iron phosphate nanoseed particle thus to prepare the lithium iron phosphate nanopowder coated with carbon on a portion or a whole of a surface of a particle, and a lithium iron phosphate nanopowder coated with carbon prepared by the above method. The lithium iron phosphate nanopowder coated with carbon having controlled particle size and particle size distribution may be prepared in a short time by performing two simple steps.

In the compression step, a low density area having a lower density than the high density area is formed in a strip-shaped coating area adjacent to the non-coating area of the active material layer.

The method includes depositing lithium metal powder or thin lithium foil onto a carrier, contacting the carrier with a substrate having a higher affinity for the lithium metal powder as compared to the affinity of the carrier for the lithium metal powder, subjecting the substrate while in contact with the carrier to conditions sufficient to transfer the lithium metal powder or lithium foil deposited on the carrier to the substrate, and separating the carrier and substrate so as to maintain the lithium metal powder or lithium metal foil, deposited on the substrate.
