摘要： An improved apparatus and method for monitoring the levels of propane or other consumable liquid in remotely located storage tanks and coordinating delivery of liquid to those tanks, including an improved method of using the remote monitoring data to identify out-of-ordinary conditions at remote tanks, optimally schedule purchases or deliveries, improve safety, and more efficiently operate a propane dealership. More accurate and timely information concerning the status of customer tanks serves to improve operational efficiencies and increase safety. Data received from remote sensors can be collected and organized so that it is easily understood and utilized through the implementation of a user interface accessible via the Internet that allows the information to be presented in an efficient graphical and contextual fashion. Operational efficiencies can also be improved by calculating site-specific Degree-days and K-factors for each tank and by taking historical propane usage for each tank, weather conditions, and projected fuel usage into account.

摘要： An automated filling system to conduct a filling operation in which a bulk liquid transport vehicle is filled with a bulk liquid and quality assurance tests are performed by a gas analyzer. A programmable logic controller, employed to control the filling operation, is responsive to pressure within a fill line connected to the vehicle and is programmed to determine that there exists sufficient pressure within the vehicle to conduct an initial quality assurance test and that the fill line is properly connected to the fill line, without breaks in its flow integrity. The programmable logic controller also initiates and controls a pressurization process if there is not sufficient pressure to conduct the initial quality assurance test.

The integrated body has an inlet for connecting to a gas cylinder, a bore extending from the inlet to a pressure regulator, a passage extending from the pressure regulator to an outlet, and a fill port in communication with the bore. The pressure regulator assembly includes the pressure regulator operable to reduce pressure of a fluid flowing therethrough between the bore and the passage to a sub-atmospheric pressure; and an isolation valve operable between an open position and a closed position. The isolation valve is operable to seal the passage from the outlet in the closed position and to provide fluid communication between the outlet and the passage in the open position.

摘要： The present invention provides a pressure shell formed by winding reinforcement fibers with resin material for hardening on an outer surface of a hollow tank base body, a high-pressure tank having the pressure shell, a manufacturing method of the high-pressure tank, and an apparatus for manufacturing the high-pressure tank. The pressure shell adopts the laminated structure in which a large number of fiber layers each formed by winding the reinforcement fibers around the tank base body are laminated. In a state the inside of the high-pressure tank is emptied, a compressive stress is applied to a lower fiber layer and a tensile stress is applied to an upper fiber layer. Particularly, in winding the reinforcement fibers around the tank base body, the reinforcement fibers are wound while filling fluid for pressure regulation in the tank base body, regulating a pressure applied to the fluid for pressure regulation, and adjusting a tension applied to the reinforcement fibers.
