    • A fluid mixer conduit having a delivery tube (1) with an input end (2), an output end (3) and a flow restriction (4, 15) designedly upstream fluidly from the output end. An input tube (5) extends outwardly from the delivery tube designedly downstream fluidly from the input end of the delivery tube. The input tube converges back into the delivery tube at a mixture entry (7) intermediate the flow restriction and the output end of the delivery tube. Attachable to the input tube is at least one ingredient entry (8, 12) through which fluid can be directed into the input tube for mixture with fluid in the delivery tube at the mixture entry. A flow-control valve (9) can be provided in an upstream portion of the input tube for regulating rate of flow of fluid in the input tube in proportion to rate of flow of fluid in the delivery tube. A check valve (10) can be provided in a downstream portion of the input tube to prevent back-flow of fluid from the delivery tube. The flow restriction can be a venturi throat (15). The input end and the output end of the delivery tube can have design tube connections (11) for connection of such conduits as garden hoses, chemical pipes and conduits related to other design uses.

    • An adaptor directs water into the engine of a stern drive boat which has the outdrive removed therefrom. The adaptor comprises a support plate having a first side, a second side, and at least one aperture extending therethrough. A body member has a central bore and a first end portion connected to the support plate. The central bore of the body member is in alignment with the aperture, which is in alignment with a cooling orifice of the engine. The adaptor further comprises a connector for attaching a fluid conduit such as a hose to the body member at a second end portion and a spacer to assist in the connection of the support plate to the gimbal housing. Water which passes through the fluid conduit also passes through the central bore of the body member, the support plate aperture, the cooling orifice and into the engine for cooling or flushing thereof.

    • A flushing attachment comprising a resilient belt is constructed to be wrapped around and secured on the lower motor housing so that a hose fitting fastened through an opening in the belt registers with one or more water inlet ports on one side of the housing. The belt is disposed in wrap-around position to cover one or more additional water ports on the opposite side of the housing. When the motor is removed for cleansing, a garden hose is attached to the hose fitting to apply tap water to the set of water inlet ports on the one side, forcing a portion of the water into the motor and out through the cooling system. The belt is flexed in response to excess water pressure, releasing from housing ports on the opposite side that portion of the water which does not pass through the engine.

    • An automated flushing system includes a base having a flow inlet, flow outlets and a flow manifold, the system also including solenoid valves and a pressure switch mounted upon the manifold. The flow manifold includes a main flow channel connected to the flow inlet, and auxiliary flow channels interconnecting the main flow channel with respective ones of the flow outlets so as to provide flow communication in parallel to the flow outlets from the main flow channel. Each solenoid valve extends into a respective auxiliary flow channel and is actuatable between an activated status and a deactivated status to allow and block flow communication of liquid through the respective auxiliary flow channels to a flow outlet. The pressure switch in flow communication with the flow inlet is configured to sense that the pressure of liquid entering the flow inlet is above a preset minimum before initiation of automated flushing system operation.
