摘要： An ignition key device including an ignition key for use with a motor vehicle and a remote unit which is capable of remotely locking and unlocking a door of the motor vehicle and displaying information concerning and the status of the motor vehicle. A secondary cell is accommodated in the ignition key. When the ignition key is inserted into an ignition switch lock in the motor vehicle, the secondary cell is charged by a storage battery of the motor vehicle. When the ignition key is attached to the remote unit, the stored electric energy is supplied from the secondary cell to the remote unit to energize the remote unit for transmitting and receiving signals to perform the functions of remotely locking and unlocking a door of the motor vehicle and displaying information and the status of the motor vehicle. The ignition key can be detached from the remote unit. The ignition key device achieves a suitable weight balance between the ignition key and the remote unit, and allows the ignition key to be easily inserted into and removed from the ignition switch lock.

摘要： A retractable turn-over type rearview door mirror in which angular adjustment of the mirror member can be effected by manually operating an actuation lever. By using a certain linkage mechanism, a favorable correspondence is achieved between the direction of movement of the actuation lever and the direction of movement the mirror member. The use of a clutch unit permits the adjusted state of the mirror member to be conserved, even when the rearview door mirror is retracted and restored, by minimizing the influences of the retracting movement upon the linkage mechanism. This can be accomplished by applying a suitable amount of friction to the linkage mechanism, but, by using a lock lever which fixes the angular orientation of the mirror member when the rearview door mirror is retracted, the angular orientation of the mirror member may be kept fixed without requiring such a friction and it allows the operation of the actuation lever to be performed with a small force.

摘要： In a lid opening and closing device for vehicle, a rod can move forward and backward between pushed-in and protruding positions, and is supported on a case so that the rod can attain a lid closed position where the rod returns from pushed-in position toward protruding position only by predetermined movement amount. An axial position-restricting groove has a pin-receiving portion and is formed on the rod or a coupling member. An elastic member has a pin inserted into the groove while being receivable by the portion when the rod is at lid closed position, the elastic member being supported on the case and exhibiting resilient force making the pin resiliently abut against the rod or coupling member. The case is provided with a restricting part capable of abutting against the elastic member, and restricting displacement of the elastic member to a side where the pin is disengaged from the groove.

摘要： In a lid opening and closing device for a vehicle, a restriction member restricting movement of a rod and an electric motor driving the restriction member are housed in a case fixed to a vehicle body outer plate. An emergency operation member extends movably through a vehicle body inner plate while enabling the restriction member to move when the electric motor malfunctions, the emergency operation member being resiliently urged toward an initial position side at least when being operated. A grommet for preventing intrusion of water is provided between the emergency operation member and the vehicle body inner plate. The grommet includes a grommet main portion liquid-tightly mounted on the vehicle body inner plate while having the emergency operation member movably inserted therethrough, and an elastic portion integrally connected to the grommet main portion while enabling the emergency operation member to be resiliently urged toward the initial position side.
