摘要： An object is to provide a diesel engine (2) capable of reliably preventing an excessive rise in temperature inside a particulate filter (10) and capable of rapidly enabling driving in a low-rotation and low-load area when there is no possibility of excessive rise in temperature, making it possible to prevent unnecessary consumption of fuel. A diesel engine (2) includes a diesel engine (2) exhaust emission purifier (1). The diesel engine (2) exhaust emission purifier (1) includes a particulate filter (10) and regenerating means (30) for forcibly removing a particulate accumulable in the particulate filter (10) to regenerate the particulate filter (10). The diesel engine (2) is configured to prohibit the diesel engine (2) from entering a predetermined low-rotation and low-load area if a load rotation changes when the particulate filter (10) has a temperature that is equal to or higher than a first predetermined temperature T1 and when the particulate is accumulated in an amount that is equal to or more than a predetermined amount. The diesel engine (2) includes notifying means (40) for notifying an operator that entering the low-rotation and low-load area is prohibited.

摘要： A multilayer wiring structure of a semiconductor device having a stacked structure is arranged to restrain reliability degradation due to stress applied to the region of wiring between opposite upper and lower plugs. The rate of overlap of contact surface between upper plug and wiring on contact surface between lower plug and wiring, is small to the extent that no void is generated. The multilayer wiring structure is produced such that no grain boundary is contained in the region of wiring between upper and lower plugs. The difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the material of wiring and the material of upper and lower plugs, is small to the extent that no void is generated.

摘要： In the WDM systems, the OSNR and the signal loss among the optical signals are substantially minimized at the receiving terminal to combat the SRS effects. An equal amount of the signal loss is expected for every span in the transmission path so that the optical amplifier gain tilt is not affected among a number of wavelength frequencies in the optical signal. This is accomplished by controlling the amplification process according to a feedback from the monitoring units for monitoring the optical signal.

The two-dimensional coordinates of a vertex are extracted in each of a top view and a front view and, if their x-coordinates are equal to each other, the combination of their Y-coordinate values is determined to be the two-dimensional coordinates of a candidate vertex in a side view. Then, candidate line segments for the side view are extracted from the line segments connecting two candidate vertices. The process does not extract those line segments for which no corresponding line segment exists in the top and front views and those line segments for which corresponding horizontal or vertical line segments exist in the top and front views, but which are not horizontal or vertical in the side view.
