The mobile station has a control unit, counting unit, and display unit. The control unit forms packet data from digital data and transmits the packet data to the terminal via the packet communication network in accordance with transmission permission from the user. The counting unit counts the formed packet data before transmission. The display unit displays a communication charge calculated on the basis of the counting result of the counting unit before the packet data is transmitted.

摘要： In the case where there is a conflict over a band between communication stations that have reserved the band, the communication stations mediate and avoid the conflict of reservation use with low-load processing. In a wireless communication system, band reservation use is permitted, and a plurality of reservation types are provided according to priority of communication. A communication station that performs reservation use describes a reservation type and a rock-paper-scissors value in a beacon. When there occurs a conflict of reservation use at some area, reservation use having higher priority remains, and a communication station that has performed reservation use having a lower priority moves it to another area. In the case where there is a conflict between reservations having the same priority, the communication apparatuses that have performed reservation use perform control by rock-paper-scissors between themselves, and move the reservation of the apparatus that has lost by the judgment.

摘要： A mobile communications network and data delivery method in a mobile communications network is provided that can implement connectionless transfer in the mobile communications network, and obviate the need for sending a call control signal for data delivery. An IP address is assigned to each of the nodes of the mobile communications network including routing nodes (a gate node and repeater node, for example) and edge nodes and to each mobile station. A routing node, receiving data including the IP address of a mobile station, carries out routing of the data in accordance with routing information. The edge node that receives the data routed by the routing node, transmits the data to the mobile station corresponding to the IP address of the mobile station added to the data. The IP addresses are also applicable to delivering data to users of the same group, or carrying out control like handover.
