摘要： Provided are a multilayer film, a method for producing the multilayer film, and a method for producing a molded body. The multilayer film has excellent three-dimensional overlaying formability and adhesiveness after being formed; can easily be used when being bonded to an adherend; maintains adhesive strength. Specifically, the multilayer film has: an adhesive layer comprising a thermoplastic polymer composition containing a thermoplastic elastomer (A) which is a block copolymer or a hydrogenated product thereof having a polymer block (a1) containing aromatic vinyl compound units and having a polymer block (a2) containing conjugated diene compound units; and a base layer comprising an amorphous resin which has a modulus of elasticity of 2 to 600 MPa at an arbitrary temperature of 110 to 160° C. The tensile elongation at break of the multilayer film at a temperature 5° C. lower than the glass transition temperature of the amorphous resin is at least 160%.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a polyolefin-natural fiber composite composition for extrusion molding, and more particularly to a polyolefin-natural fiber composite composition, which comprises polyolefin resin, natural fiber, thermoplastic elastic rubber and an anhydrous maleic acid-grafted polypropylene-based compatibilizer, and is useful as a material for an extrusion molded article by obtaining an effect of improving dimensional stability, mechanical properties and surface quality through adjusting three-dimensional structure and particle size of the polypropylene-based compatibilizer and binding rate of the maleic acid.

摘要： An acoustic reflector comprises a shell surrounding a solid elastomeric core free of joints. The shell transmits acoustic waves incident on the surface of the shell partially into the core to be focused and reflected from an area of the shell located opposite to the area of incidence so as to provide a reflected acoustic signal output from the reflector partially around the circumference of the shell and to combine constructively with the reflected acoustic signal output. The ratio of the speed of sound wave transmission in the shell to the average speed of the wave transmission in the core is preferably in the range of 2.74 to 3.4 best results being in the range of 2.74 to 2.86 inclusive.

The method may include a first cycle in which a top mold plate, a middle mold plate, and a bottom mold plate may be used to compression mold concave shells. During the first cycle, the top mold plate and the bottom mold plate may be held at a first temperature T1 and the middle mold plate may be held at a second temperature T2. During the first cycle, the mold plates may be pressed together with a first pressure P1 for a first time t1. A second cycle may include compression molding the concave shells about a solid core. During the second cycle, the top mold plate and the bottom mold plate may be held at the first temperature T1 and pressed together with a second pressure P2 for a second time t2.

A dip-formed article made therefrom, which has been crosslinked with a water-soluble polyvalent metal salt used as a coagulant for latex, has an extremely reduced number of pinholes, good softness to touch, high tensile strength and high fatigue resistance to repeated use.

摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a transparent label for in-mold forming which has excellent antistatic properties and excellent ink adhesion properties, and can undergo face printing in offset printing with sheets, can respond to a small lot order of labels and in short time limit of delivery, has excellent cutting of the labels, punching processing, and inserting properties into a mold after printing, and is fused firmly to a container without causing blisters. The invention provides a label for in-mold forming, which is a non-stretched multi-layer film comprising at least two layers of a surface layer and a heat-sealing resin layer, or a non-stretched multi-layer film comprising at least three layers of a surface layer, a central layer, and a heat-sealing resin layer, wherein the surface layer is made of a thermoplastic resin composition containing a permanent antistatic agent and an inorganic fine powder and/or an organic filler and the center line average roughness of the surface layer is from 0.2 to 3 μm.
