    • An office floor system effectively and clearly accommodating complex and varieties of wires and providing a delightful atmosphere for an automated office. The system includes a floor panel. The top surface of the panel has a plurality of bolt adjusting holes and a first opening for receiving an integrated outlet box therein. The bottom surface of the panel has a supporter and a plurality of bolt leading holes. The corner of the floor panel is supported by a panel support unit at the downside of the panel such that the corner of the panel is adjusted in its height at its upside so as to achieve the horizontality of the panel. The panel support unit has a plurality of holes for providing flexibility for the unit and a plurality of inner threaded support columns. The system also includes a bolt for adjusting the height of the corner of the panel. This height adjusting bolt is received in a corresponding bolt leading hole of the panel at its slitted top part and threaded into a corresponding support column of the panel support unit at its outer threaded lower part, thus to be tightened or loosened at the upside of the panel so as to adjust the height of the corner of the panel.

    • A panel for free access to a signal cable and a power cable is installed on the floor of an office room and forms a network of signal cables in an office. The posts of this panel are mounted on the floor. A floor plate is secured to the upper ends of the posts. A rack plate is arranged between the floor plate and the floor, and the rack plate is secured to the posts. The height of the floor plate and the rack plate is adjusted by adjusting the engaging position by rotating a leg to be engaged with the threaded holes of the posts. The floor plates are composed of a plate made of glass, reinforced cement mixed with foamable styrol or an aluminum honeycomb structure. The rack plate is composed of a transparent polypropylene plate. Further, the surface of the floor plate is covered with a surface material such as a carpet. The signal cables are arranged in the space between the floor plates and the rack plates. The power cables are arranged in the space between the rack plates and the floor. Electronic components are mounted on the rack plates. Therefore, the power cables, the signal cables and the other electronic components are completely isolated from each other, and the modification of the layout of office automation equipment can be readily carried out by an authorized person.

    • This invention relates to an interior panel unit having a structure in which a plurality of rectangular floor base members to be installed on a foundation floor of a room are connected to each other by base joint members. A plurality of fundamental support members having the same height and a plurality of connecting support members having the same height as that of the fundamental support members are located on each floor base member. Each floor panel member supported by the fundamental support members and the connecting support members is arranged to assure a predetermined space with the corresponding floor base member. Cables and various types of equipment which constitute an office-automation system are mounted in the space defined by the floor panel member and the floor base member. The space defined by the floor panel member and the floor base member is partitioned by vertical and horizontal separator members. The cables and various types of equipment are appropriately arranged in the partitioned space.
