摘要： A supercharger-equipped combustion engine includes a crankcase supporting a crankshaft extending in a widthwise direction of a vehicle, and a cylinder block disposed above the crankcase. A supercharger is disposed above the crankcase and rearward of the cylinder block and driven by power of the crankshaft. The power of the crankshaft is transmitted to the supercharger through a counter shaft which rotatably supports a counter gear. The counter shaft extends parallel with the crankshaft, and a starter gear is arranged on the counter shaft so as to be aligned in the widthwise direction. The counter shaft is disposed rearward of the crankshaft, and the supercharger is disposed rearward of the counter shaft. A starter motor meshing with the starter gear is disposed frontward of the supercharger.

摘要： An internal combustion engine has a multi-joint crank drive wherein the multi-joint crank driver includes a plurality of coupling members which are rotatably supported on crank pins of a crank shaft and a plurality of hinged connecting rods which are rotatably supported on crank pins of an eccentric shaft wherein each of the coupling members is pivotally connected to a piston connecting rod of a piston of the internal combustion engine and one of the articulation connecting rods. In order to enable to largely or completely compensate inertia forces, it is proposed according to the invention to equip the internal combustion engine with a single balance which serves for neutralizing second order inertia forces.

The invention is characterized in that the alternator is in driving engagement with at least the first crankshaft via a traction mechanism and comprises a counterbalance, wherein the first crankshaft is connected via a timing chain or a timing belt to a balancing shaft which carries a further balancing mass. The invention also relates to a vehicle, in particular a hybrid vehicle, having such a power unit.

摘要： An idle gear assembly comprises an outer ring having gear teeth formed on an external surface thereof and engaged with a crank gear and any one of the left and right balance gears. A bearing includes an inner member and an outer member in a radial direction of the bearing and a plurality of rolling bodies disposed between the inner member and the outer member. A ring has elasticity in a radial direction thereof. A hub has a flange, which is in contact with the bearing, and a penetration hole. The flange and the penetration hole are formed at one side of the hub in an axial direction. A nut is inserted through another side and mounted at a hollow portion of the ring. A bolt is inserted through the insertion hole of the bearing, the penetration hole, and the nut and fixes the bearing and the hub.

摘要： A gear transmission mechanism is provided between a crankshaft and the balancer shaft. The balancer shaft includes a pair of bearing portions supported for rotation on a crankcase and a gear wheel supporting portion formed in a tapering shape such that a diameter thereof decreases away from one bearing portion. A tubular boss portion is provided integrally on the driven gear wheel and has a tapering attachment hole in which the gear wheel supporting portion is fitted. A positioning mark including a set of marks provided on side faces in the same direction of the gear wheels is disposed near to pitch circles of both gear wheels. At a position opposing to both side faces of the one wall portion on the side opposing to the positioning mark on the pitch circles of both gear wheels, a through-hole extending through the one side wall is provided to permit the positioning mark to be visually observed through the through-hole.
