    • The present invention is a system for handling high purity liquid and a method for the same. The system has a container with a mouth. A cap, including a first key element, is coupled with the mouth. A connector is coupled with the cap. The connector includes a connector head, a probe, and a second key element. The probe extends from the connector head and is insertable through a center of the cap and into the mouth of the container. The probe has a flow passage. The second key element is configured to mate with the first key element. The system also includes a pump coupled with the probe and with the flow passage. The pump pumps fluid through the probe and the flow passage. The system also includes a sensor for sensing when the first and second key elements are mated and for sensing when the first and second key elements are not mated. Finally, the system includes a controller coupled with the sensor and the pump. The controller enables the pump when the sensor senses that the first and second key elements are mated and disables the pump when the sensor senses that the first and second key elements are not mated.

    • A refillable closed container that cannot be refilled without the use of a special mechanism. The refillable closed container system comprises a valve body secured in an opening of the container, a flow passage through the valve body for permitting flow into and out of the container, a magnetically attractable valve member in the valve body, and a magnet carrier. The valve member is movable between a closed position for blocking flow through the passage and an open position for permitting flow through the passage. The magnet carrier carries a magnet for magnetically moving the valve member toward an open position when the magnet carrier is secured to the container to permit refilling of the container.

    • A system for control of automatic refueling of automotive vehicles parked alongside a fuel dispenser unit which allows for a customer to control a refueling procedure without having to exit the vehicle. The control system includes a processing unit, control operating units, operating units and a communications system which is located within the vehicle to be refueled. The communications system has the capability to start, monitor and finish the refueling procedure by transmitting and receiving data signals which concern the refueling procedure such as signals which start the refueling procedure and signals which interrupt the procedure. The data signals are received by the from the vehicle into the processing unit where the signals are processed. The processed data signals are directed to control operating units. The control operating units then direct operating units in carrying out operating functions which are necessary to automatically refuel the vehicle.

    • The anti-theft device for use in a liquid storage tank having an opening in an upper wall of the tank for receiving and mounting an access fill pipe which receives therein a drop tube having an access port. The anti-theft device comprises a mounting ring; a plug; a truncated porous hollow cone having a larger upper end fixed to the mounting ring and a smaller lower end fixed to the plug which is disposed generally concentric with the elongate axis of the drop tube. The plug may also be provided with a shaped key-way opening to allow gauging of liquid contents of a storage tank with a gauge level stick. The mounting ring of the truncated porous hollow cone is attached to the drop tube within the access fill pipe at a point below the access port of the drop tube and above the upper wall of the storage tank. The key-way opening of the plug can be T-shaped, cross-shape, C-shape, or of a circular-shape.
