摘要： A transport-container system has at least one container with a base, a casing and a top, and having inner-wall elements, which are arranged on the inner surfaces of the walls of the container and can be removed from the container and inserted into the container. Each inner-wall element has predetermined dimensions matching those of the associated inner surface of the container. At least as far as some of the inner-wall elements are concerned, the transport-container system has a number of embodiments with at least substantially the same dimensions, wherein it is possible to insert optionally one of the embodiments of inner-wall elements at the position in the container which is envisaged for the relevant inner-wall element. A method i s for providing a container of a transport-container system with correspondingly different embodiments of inner-wall elements.

摘要： There is provided a refrigerating assembly for temporarily storing an item at a first temperature lower than an ambient temperature. The refrigerating assembly comprises a container for receiving the item and a shell adapted for removably receiving the container therein. The container comprises a sidewall having therein defined a cavity containing an amount of a refrigerant medium having a second temperature lower than the ambient temperature for temporarily maintaining the item received in the container at the first temperature. The shell has an outer surface which is at the ambient temperature and an inner surface which has a layer of thermally insulating material mounted thereon for thermally insulating the shell from the container, thereby maintaining the outer surface at the ambient temperature. There is further provided a method for temporarily storing an item at a first temperature lower than an ambient temperature.

The top frame includes a pair of substantially parallel sides and a pair of substantially parallel ends connected to the sides to form a generally rectangular frame structure. The frame structure has an inner layer and outer surface defining a thickness. The thermoset foam material varies in density along the frame structure thickness such that the density of the thermoset foam material is greatest near the frame structure outer surface to form a hard outer shell.

The method comprises the steps of mounting an inner box upside down on a tool, adhering an insulating panel to the outer facing surfaces of the inner box, positioning an outer box around the inner box assembly, pouring liquid polyurethane into the gap between the outer box and inner box assembly, and foaming the liquid polyurethane. The PUR foam fills the space between the VIP panels and the outer box, and preferably covers the VIP panels.
