摘要： Provided are a glass such as a sealing glass which contains a rare earth element and crystalline particles, a structure made by sealing with said sealing glass, a magnetic head made by bonding using said sealing glass, and a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus on which said magnetic heads are mounted. According to the glass of the present invention, magnetic heads, and other structures can be bonded at low temperatures and a high bond strength can be attained, and thus, magnetic heads having high-speed sliding properties and magnetic recording and reproducing apparatuses of high reliability can be obtained. The glass can be also used for heat resistant parts such as a pannel glass for a cathode-ray tube and the like.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for transferring a printed circuit board to an intended position at a high speed accurately and reliably. The apparatus is provided with driving motors (7) for driving conveyor belts (6) to transfer a printed circuit board, a positioning detector (10) for detecting said printed circuit board (5) having hit a positioning stopper (9) in the intended position, an arrival detector (11) for detecting said printed circuit board having arrived in a prescribed position before the intended position, a control unit (13) for controlling the driving motors (7) in accordance with said detection signals from both detectors (10, 11), whereby the transfer speed starts to slow down when said printed circuit board arrives at said arrival detector, and if the printed circuit board hits said stopper and bounces back, or it fails to reach the intended position because a slip occurs between said printed circuit board and said conveyor belts, said control unit drives said driving motors again to run at a slow speed until said printed circuit board hits said stopper.

摘要： Here are disclosed disposable garments such as diaper and training pants and a method for attachment of threadlike continuous elastic members (each comprising a plurality of threadlike elastic elements) around leg-holes thereof so that the elastic members are progressively widened from their longitudinally opposite ends toward their longitudinally middle portions, respectively.The threadlike continuous elastic members 4A, 4B thus attached to the article around th respective leg-holes each comprises rubber threads 4a, 4b, 4c. The traverse, arrangement support these rubber threads in parallel to one another and forcibly guide them in sine curves with respect to the continuous web 7 so that the portions 4A.sub.1, 4B.sub.1 of the elastic members 4A, 4B to be bonded to the continuous web are bonded thereto. Then, the non-bonded portions 4A2, 4B2 of the elastic members are cut together with the web 7 along boundaries of the individual articles and thereupon contract under their own stretch stresses.

摘要： A process for producing granules of a 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-containing light stabilizer, which comprises mixing a 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-containing light stabilizer having a melting point of not less than 60.degree. C. with a lubricant selected from the group consisting of water and an aqueous solution of an alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and granulating the resultant mixture while pressure is applied thereto.
