摘要： The invention provides a semiconductor integrated circuit device on which a RAM macro capable of selecting an operation mode adapted to improved ease of use, response, or low power consumption or selecting an input setup value is mounted. In a first operation mode of a RAM macro, a timing of receiving an input signal is set as a first timing. In a second operation mode, a timing of receiving an input signal is set to a second timing later than the first timing. In a semiconductor integrated circuit device including an input circuit for receiving an input signal and a decoder circuit for decoding an output signal of the input circuit, the input circuit is activated on the basis of a first signal and the decoder circuit is activated on the basis of a second signal.

摘要： A magnetic disk apparatus includes a spindle motor for rotating a magnetic disk. Either a first pulse-train signal or a second pulse-train signal is selectively generated. The first and second pulse-train signals are different from each other in pulse frequency. When the first pulse-train signal is generated, the spindle motor is controlled to rotate at a first rotational speed in response to the first pulse-train signal. When the second pulse-train signal is generated, the spindle motor is controlled to rotate at a second rotational speed in response to the second pulse-train signal. The second rotational speed differs from the first rotational speed.

摘要： A control system for automatically stopping and starting the vehicle's engine is disclosed, which performs the automatic engine-stop and start control while the negative pressure of the fuel tank is maintained at a suitable level. The system comprises a canister for absorbing evaporating fuel generated in the fuel tank and purging the absorbed evaporating fuel into an air intake system of the engine; a pressure control section for controlling the inner pressure of the fuel tank in a manner such that the internal pressure is maintained at a predetermined level lower than the atmospheric pressure at least while the engine is operated; and an engine stop/start determining section for stopping or starting the vehicle according to the driving state of the vehicle, wherein the engine stop/start determining section determines to prohibit an engine stopping operation when the internal pressure of the fuel tank is higher than the predetermined level.

摘要： A threading mechanism for a magnetic tape machine is contrived so as to obtain sufficient driving power when the threading arm is latched with a leader block at a position where the leader block is stopped in a cartridge or a machine reel, and is also contrived so as to avoid impact force based on a driving motor even when the threading arm stops suddenly at the stop position. The positions where the leader block is stopped in the cartridge and the machine reel are inside a track of the threading arm which swings around its pivoting point and the leader block is threaded therebetween. A driving arm for swinging the threading arm is motor-driven around a pivoting point of the driving arm itself. The driving arm causes the threading arm to work together between the positions where the leader block is stopped, and cancels the working with the threading arm in the direction of the trace over the disengaging positions, so as to be swung.
