摘要： A measurement device for measuring a physical property such as temperature difference, displacement, pressure, fluid flow rate, etc. comprises: (a) an amplifying means which receives and amplifies a voltage signal corresponding to a detected physical property; (b) a reference voltage generator which generates and applies a reference voltage to the amplifying means at a predetermined time; (c) a memory which stores the output voltage signal from the amplifying means when the reference voltage generator applies the reference voltage to the amplifying means; and (d) a calculating means which outputs at least one command signal to the reference voltage generator to apply the reference voltage to the amplifying means and to the memory to store the output voltage of the amplifying means into a specified memory location thereof at the predetermined time and calculates the value of the desired physical property from the current output voltage of the amplifying means with reference to the stored voltage value in the memory, whereby an accurate physical property measurement can be made by compensating for individual differences and deterioration of the characteristics of the measurement device.

A timing control device serves to adjust the timing of fuel injection effected by the first injection device with respect to the rotational angle of the crankshaft. Fuel is also periodically injected into the combustion chamber by a second injection device as the crankshaft rotates. Adjustment of the timing of fuel injection effected by the first injection device results in variation of the total fuel injection rate characteristic curve with respect to the rotational angle of the crankshaft.

摘要： An exhaust gas recirculation system is applied to an internal combustion engine having a combustion chamber and an exhaust passage conducting exhaust gas from the combustion chamber to the atmosphere. The system includes a first mechanism provided to recirculate the exhaust gas through the combustion chamber. A second mechanism is associated with the first mechanism to adjustably determine the percentage of the exhaust gas recirculated. A sensor detects the average pressure in the exhaust passage. In response to the detected exhaust pressure, a third mechanism controls the second mechanism in such a manner that the percentage of the exhaust gas recirculated is independent of the variations in the average pressure in the exhaust passage.

摘要： An E.G.R. control system for a diesel engine is disclosed wherein a deterioration in combustion is avoided upon depressing an accelerator pedal for reacceleration after the momentary release of the accelerator pedal. An E.G.R. control unit is responsive to a load indicative signal from a load sensor and a revolution signal from a revolution sensor and generates an engine operating state indicative signal indicating that the engine operates in low load state which requires high E.G.R. flow rate. A monostable circuit, a delay circuit and a logic circuit make up a circuit means for preventing a throttle valve from being closed until the engine keeps operating in the low load state for a time longer than a predetermined time.
