摘要： A method of making plastic coal briquettes wherein initial coal (either a gas coal or a mixture of a gas coal and a poorly caking coal) is heated up to a softening temperature and subsequently cured under approximately isothermal conditions. Pressure forming is then effected in two stages during the first stage a coal strip of which the thickness is not less than the required thickness of a final product, i.e. of a briquette, is pressure formed while during the second pressure forming stage plastic coal briquettes are produced from this strip. The method produces coal briquettes from gas coals and mixtures of gas coals with poorly caking coals in a high-capacity production line.

摘要： Briquets are manufactured by kneading in a hot blow atmosphere coal dust blended with asphalt containing 55-65 percent n-hexane soluble matter as the binder in a particular ratio and molding the kneaded blend under heat-compression. These briquets are further heat-cured in an oxidizing atmosphere and then calcined in an inert gas, to produce coke in the molded form. The resulting products have all the properties required for use in blast furnaces.

摘要： Formed fuel briquets of reduced reactivity are prepared with the use of a binder contributing little, if any, green strength. The fuel is suitable for such purposes as industrial and metallurgical applications and for domestic heating. Briquets possessing high green strength, and high shatter and compressive strength in the cured state, are produced even while employing a rapid compacting operation, such as roll briquetting. Carbon aggregate, of controlled particle sizing, and preferably of a specified type, is an essential ingredient employed in the making of the formed fuel. The use of a hydraulic setting cement binder, such as Portland cement, which reduces the reactivity of the formed briquets, is also an integral part of the process, as are also a compacting step and a curing step, and the employment of closely controlled conditions particularly with respect to the use of water in each of these steps.

摘要： A method for removing ash from a solid carbon material: Reaction conditions are mild, and ash may be removed more effectively. The ash removing method comprises: S1) mixing an alkaline sub-molten salt medium and a solid carbonaceous material to be treated, heating so that alkali and ash in the solid carbonaceous material to be treated react in the alkaline sub-molten salt medium, and performing solid-liquid separation on a mixed slurry resulting from the reaction to obtain a first solid product and an alkali treatment solution, wherein in the alkaline sub-molten salt medium, the mass fraction of the alkali is greater than or equal to 50%; S2) using an acid solution to perform acid cleaning treatment on the first solid product, and performing solid-liquid separation again to obtain a second solid product and an acid cleaning solution.
