摘要： A foldable skibob includes a frame with a steering column journalled in a forward steering column bearing. A first pivot configuration is attached to the steering column and a front ski is articulated at the first pivot configuration. A second pivot configuration is attached at the rear end and a rear ski is articulated at the second pivot configuration. A first spring support supports the first pivot configuration against the steering column, and a second spring support supports the second pivot configuration against the rear end of the frame. A support element is provided at one of the first and second spring supports against which a respective pivot configuration rests when the skibob is in an operational condition. The support element is pivotable away from the support element towards a center region of the frame between the front end and the rear end for folding the skibob.

摘要： A collapsible support structure for supporting items, such as chair backs. The support structure, in an erect position, has two vertical members interconnected at their bottoms by a collapsible, preferably horizontal, member. Each end of the horizontal member is also pivotally connected to the other vertical member by a diagonal support member that extends between each end of the horizontal member and an upper portion of the opposite vertical member. When the structure is erect, the diagonal support members form an "X". Stiffening members, which are preferably generally vertical, are spaced from the vertical members and extend between the horizontal member and the diagonal support members. Both the horizontal member and the diagonal support members are formed of a plurality of pivotally interconnected links, at least one of which is modified to maintain the links in a desired angular position when the support structure is erected. Collapse of the support structure moves the vertical members towards each other to reduce the width of the structure. The collapsible support structure is combined with similar or other types of support structures to form folding devices.

摘要： A kit assembly for a combination ice house and snow sled enables rapid construction of either or conversion of one from the other with a minimum of left over parts and without the use of bolts and the like. The assembly includes two pairs of runners which are used to construct the framework of the ice house, one pair also being used as the sled runners. A hinged two-section floor for the ice house is folded together to form a seat for the sled. The sled also includes H-shaped standards the lower ends of which are received in sockets or sleeves welded to the runners and the upper ends of which extend through aligned apertures in the seat. A carrying compartment for the sled is formed by end and side panels the latter of which include brackets through which the upper ends of the standards extend.
