摘要： A system for controlling cooling water temperature for an engine has a radiator, a cooling water passage communicating a water jacket in the engine with the radiator, and a thermostat provided in the cooling water passage. The system is provided with a bypass for bypassing the thermostat, a bypass valve provided in the bypass for closing the bypass; and a solenoid operated valve for actuating the bypass valve. Switch circuits are connected parallel to the solenoid operated valve means. The switch circuits comprises a low temperature switch responsive to low cooling water temperature to effect the operation of the solenoid operated valve for closing the bypass valve of the bypass, a high temperature switch responsive to high cooling water temperature to effect the operation of the solenoid operated valve for closing the bypass valve, a light load switch responsive to the light load operation of the engine to effect the operation of said solenoid operation valve for closing the bypass valve, and a heater switch connected to the high temperature switch in series, whereby the cooling water temperature is controlled according to the engine operation and the heater operation.

摘要： The present invention relates to an image forming apparatus that forms an image by consecutively superposing toner images that have been formed on a plurality of photosensitive drums, on an intermediate transfer member or a transfer medium. The image forming apparatus is made compact and operates at a low cost. Since a current supply member supplies a current in a rotational direction of an intermediate transfer belt, multiple first transfer portions do not need corresponding voltage sources. Even in the case where a charging member supplies a current, the potential of the intermediate transfer belt is maintained at a predetermined potential by a constant-voltage element connected to support rollers.

摘要： A semiconductor device is configured such that an electrode pad connected to an internal circuit is formed on a surface of a semiconductor substrate, wires are formed near and around the electrode pad, a protective film is formed which covers the edge of the electrode pad, the wires, and the surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a metal bump is formed on the electrode pad such that the edge of the electrode is disposed on the protective film on the wires. According to this configuration, since the wires are formed near the electrode pad, the protective film covering the edge of the electrode pad and an area around the edge is formed relatively flat, and the metal bump has a flat surface on a convex portion formed on the relatively flat protective film. Therefore, even when the electrode pad is small, a flat area can be sufficiently obtained on the surface of the metal bump, thereby obtaining stable connection via an anisotropic conductive sheet or the like by COG.

摘要： A semi-finished product obtained as a mixture of PTFE powder and water is put on conveyance trays (70) and is then input to a producing apparatus (10). In the producing apparatus (10), the conveyance trays (70) arranged vertically pass through a first drying zone (41), a second drying zone (42), and a heat treatment zone (43) in this order. In the first drying zone (41), the water contained in the semi-finished product is heated by a microwave to be evaporated. In the second drying zone (42), residual water in the semi-finished product is heated by hot wind to be evaporated. In the heat treatment zone (43), the temperature of dried PTFE powder is kept at approximately 160° C. The semi-finished product on each conveyance tray (70) passes through the three zones to be PTFE powder as a finished product.
