摘要： In a conventional solar cell, it has been difficult to ensure a sufficient light absorption and simultaneously to prevent current loss due to the reduction of the moving distance of electrons and holes. As a means for solving this difficulty, a plurality of a p-i-n junctions are stacked through an insulating film and are connected in parallel with each other using through-electrodes. In this case, the through-electrodes and the p-i-n junctions are connected through the p-layer or the n-layer, thereby moving electrons and holes in opposite directions and generating output current. In addition, the i-layer is made thicker than the p-layer and the n-layer in each of the p-i-n junctions, thereby ensuring a sufficient light absorption and simultaneously preventing current loss.

摘要： The present invention provides a lithium secondary battery which is improved in cycle characteristics and storage stability at an elevated temperature as well as protection from overcharge. In the battery, generation of a gas is also inhibited to prevent the battery from expansion. A non-aqueous electrolytic solution for the lithium secondary battery has an electrolyte in a non-aqueous solvent. The non-aqueous solvent is composed of a cyclic carbonate compound, a linear carbonate compound and a cyclohexylbenzene compound having a benzene ring to which one or two halogen atoms are attached. A volume ratio of the cyclic carbonate compound and the linear carbonate compound in the non-aqueous solvent is in the range of 20:80 to 40:60, or the non-aqueous solvent further contains a small amount of a branched alkylbenzene compound.

摘要： There is a problem in that when the demand accuracy with respect to a semiconductor pattern dimension comes close to a resist molecule size with miniaturization, the device performance is deteriorated due to edge roughness of a resist pattern to exert a bad influence on the system performance. The present invention overcomes the problem by the procedure in which super-molecules which are small in dimension as compared with the conventional polymers are used as main components, the reaction number required for the change of molecule solubility is made constant and as large as possible, and an acid generator is made clathrate or combinatory n super molecules to make an acid catalyst concentration large. As a result, it is possible to form a pattern of molecular accuracy with high productivity even with respect to the pattern dimension less than 50 nm, thereby realizing the high performance system.

摘要： A stator unit for a torque converter includes a stator, a one-way clutch mounted radially inside the stator, and thrust bearings provided on both axial sides of the one-way clutch. The one-way clutch includes an outer ring having a peripheral wall and side walls extending radially inwardly from the respective side edges of the peripheral wall and each having a flange formed at the radially inner edge thereof, an inner ring which are in sliding contact with the flanges, and sprags disposed between the inner surface of the peripheral wall and the outer surface of the inner ring. The thrust bearings each have a stake which is pressed into one of engaging steps formed in the radially inner surface of the stator until the bearing ring of the thrust bearing is pressed against one of the side walls and one of axial end surfaces of the inner ring, thereby retaining the component parts so as to be inseparable from the stator.
