The stack includes a start sheet product at a start end of the stack, and an end sheet product at an opposite end of the stack. The package wrapper (3) includes a first end portion (12) and a second end portion (13), which end portions (11, 12) are mutually joined by where the end portions (11, 12) are overlapping and with the first end portion (12) arranged outside the second end portion (13). The second end portion (13) of the package wrapper (3) is free from direct attachment to the stack, and the first end portion (12) of the package wrapper (3) is joined with the start sheet product (4) by second attachment means (22).

摘要： A streamlined method for purifying alpha-1-antitrypsin (AAT) from an AAT-containing protein mixture, such as a Cohn fraction IV precipitate, is provided. In the method of the invention, contaminating proteins are destabilized by cleavage of disulfide bonds with a reducing reagent, such as a dithiol, which does not affect AAT. The destabilized proteins are then preferentially adsorbed on a solid protein-adsorbing material, without the addition of a salt as a precipitant. Separation of the solid adsorbent from the solution leaves a purified AAT solution that is directly suitable for chromatographic purification, without the need for extensive desalting as in prior art processes. A process incorporating this method, which provides pharmaceutical grade AAT in high yield on a commercial scale, is also described.

摘要： A method of producing basic starting material for the manufacture of fastener tabs intended for joining the side portions of the front and rear parts of an absorbent article. The method includes stretching a first sheet of elastic material in a first direction; applying a second and third sheet of material onto respective opposite sides of the first sheet; fastening the three material sheets together in at least two mutually separated zones that extend parallel with each other in one direction perpendicular to the first direction; dividing the first sheet in each region between two zones along a line lying therebetween, whereby the first sheet contracts to a non-stretched state, and thereafter fastening the sheets together in each region between two zones. The invention also relates to an arrangement for carrying out the method, to starting material for producing fastener tabs, and to such a tab.
