摘要： Methods, apparatus and systems for wireless material sensing are described. In one example, a described system comprises: a transmitter configured for transmitting, using transmit antennas, a first wireless signal through a wireless multipath channel of a venue; a receiver configured for receiving, using receive antennas, a second wireless signal through the wireless multipath channel; and a processor. The second wireless signal comprises a reflection or a refraction of the first wireless signal at a surface of a target material of an object in the venue. The processor is configured for: obtaining a plurality of channel information (CI) of the wireless multipath channel based on the second wireless signal, wherein each CI is associated with a respective transmit antenna and a respective receive antenna; computing a material analytics based on the plurality of CI; and determining a type of the target material of the object based on the material analytics.

In one example, a described system comprises: Type 1 devices; Type 2 devices; and a processor. Each Type 2 device is configured for: asynchronously receiving, from each of a respective subset of Type 1 devices associated with the Type 2 device, a respective wireless signal through a respective wireless multipath channel impacted by a motion of an object in a venue; asynchronously receiving, from each of a subset of a respective set of at least one other Type 2 device interconnected wirelessly with the Type 2 device, a respective wireless signal through a respective wireless multipath channel impacted by the motion of the object; and obtaining a set of asynchronous time series of channel information (ATSCI), wherein each ATSCI is associated with a respective wireless multipath channel and is obtained based on the asynchronously received respective wireless signal. The processor is configured for monitoring the motion of the object based on the set of ATSCI associated with each Type 2 device.

The processes may isolate the desired P-N junction by etching the emitter, forming a via hole after forming the emitter, using a barrier layer to protect portions of the emitter from etching, or using a barrier layer to prevent the emitter from being formed on portions of the substrate.

摘要： A stabilized bioadhesive composition containing an alkaline labile drug and a method for its preparation are provided. In one aspect, the composition is a hot-melt extruded (HME) composition comprising a preformed excipient mixture comprising an acidic component and an alkaline thermoplastic matrix-forming material, e.g. polymer. The excipient mixture is formed before blending with an alkaline labile drug. The blend is then hot-melt extruded to form the HME composition. By so doing, the acidic component is able to neutralize or render moderately acidic the excipient mixture. This particular process has been shown to substantially reduce the degradation of an alkaline labile drug during hot-melt extrusion. The excipient mixture softens or melts during hot-melt extrusion. It can dissolve or not dissolve drug-containing particles during extrusion. Various functional excipients can be included in the carrier system to improve process performance and/or improve the chemical or physical properties of the HME composition.

摘要： A foldable substrate is provided that includes a first substrate portion with a first upper surface and a second substrate portion with a second upper surface. A foldable bridge portion couples the first substrate portion to the second substrate portion. The foldable bridge portion includes a coupling strip that extends from the first substrate portion to the second substrate portion with a gap corresponding to a portion of the coupling strip where the gap is defined between the first and second substrate portions by removing portions of a starting wafer substrate. The first and second portions, in one embodiment, include magnetic field sensors and the foldable bridge portion can be bent to arrange the two portions at a predetermined angle to one another. Once bent, the sensor package can be incorporated into a magnetic field sensor assembly to be integrated with other control circuitry.
