    • An open-end rotor spinning device comprising a spinning motor rotatable at high speed inside a rotor housing subjected to low pressure and closable by a covering element. A single motor-driven opening cylinder rotates in a opening cylinder housing. An at least two-part fiber guiding channel (18) includes an output-side channel section extending in a channel plate adapter whose installation position in the covering element is specified by its position with regard to the spinning rotor, and an input-side channel section positioned inside the opening roller housing such that the center longitudinal axes of the channel sections are angled relative to one another. The input-side channel section (30) is mounted to enable a limited movement with regard to the output-side channel section (31) of the fiber guiding channel (18). The center longitudinal line (32) of the input-side channel section (30) is arranged to enable displacement about angles (α, β) relative to the center longitudinal line (33) of the output-side channel section (31) to obtain optimal yarn-dynamic values.

    • A channel plate adapter 24 is provided for an open-end spinning arrangement 1 having a spinning rotor 3 which turns at a high number of revolutions inside a rotor housing 2 chargable with an underpressure. The channel plate adapter 24 is made of a plastic material, defines the orifice area of a fiber guide conduit and a center through-bore 26 for a yarn withdrawal nozzle 27, and is adapted to be exchangeably arranged in a receiver 22 of a fiber channel plate 10 for closing the rotor housing during a spinning operation. The channel plate adapter (24) has a unitary one-piece clip-on closure (37) at inlet area of the through-bore (26) for centering and fixing the yarn withdrawal nozzle (27) in place.

    • An open-end spinning device (1) with a spinning rotor (17) which is mounted with its rotor shaft (8) in the V-slots of a support-disk bearing (5) and whose spinning cup (17) rotates at a high speed in a rotor housing (6) which is open to the front and can be loaded by suction. The rotor housing (6) can be closed by a pivotably mounted cover element (10) which comprises a sliver opening device and is arranged so that it can be disengaged if required. The cover element (10) comprises a locking and unlocking device (20) with locking bolts (23) which can be controlled in a defined manner and which are movably mounted in bearing brackets (22) of the cover element (10). The locking bolts (23) engage during spinning operation in bearing locations (34) on the spinning box frame (2). The cover element (10) can be readily taken off the spinning box frame (2), if required, by appropriately actuating the locking and unlocking device (20).

The opening cylinder housing (11) of the sliver opening device (30) has a debris discharge opening (15) and a cover element (9) mounted for restricted pivoting movement on a pivot shaft (10).
