    • A radio frequency system includes a first power splitter, a first push-pull power amplifier and a second push-pull power amplifier. The first power splitter is configured to receive a first radio frequency signal and generate a first output signal and a second output signal. The first push-pull power amplifier is configured to amplify the first output signal. The first push-pull power amplifier comprises a first set of transistors including at least two radio frequency power transistors and a first output transformer. The second push-pull power amplifier is configured to amplify the second output signal. The second push-pull power amplifier includes a second set of transistors including at least two radio frequency power transistors and a second output transformer. An output of the first transformer is galvanically and directly connected to an output of the second output transformer.

    • A scalable periphery digital power control arrangement is presented. The scalable periphery digital power control arrangement comprises a plurality of PMOS transistors connected in parallel, where the plurality of transistors is operatively coupled to a voltage source. The plurality of PMOS transistors that is operatively coupled to the voltage source can operate as a controlled current source. Current flow from the voltage source can be controlled by a logic circuit, which sends a logic signal to enable or disable each individual PMOS transistor of the plurality of PMOS transistors connected in parallel. As more PMOS transistors are enabled, the current flow through the scalable periphery digital power control arrangement to the amplifier can increase.

    • A power amplifier configured to receive an AC input signal and output, based on the AC input signal, an output voltage via a first output voltage terminal and a second output voltage terminal. The power amplifier includes a first transistor and a second transistor connected in a push-pull configuration, a first inductor, a second inductor, and a first capacitor.     • A power amplifier having a driver stage and an output stage is configured to provide an amplified RF input signal. The driver stage of the power amplifier consists of one or more driver circuits consisting of a network of transistors, current sources, capacitive elements and resistive elements. An RF input signal is fed into the driver stage which is configured to provide a dynamic DC bias and an RF signal gain to a base terminal of a Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) power device present in the output stage. The output stage includes of a network of transistors, capacitive and resistive elements and when driven by the DC bias and the RF signal from the driver stage produces an amplified RF input signal at an output side of the output stage.
