摘要： A flexible container for liquid transport made of a flexible material includes a top face portion, a bottom face portion, and a peripheral face portion connecting the top face portion and the bottom face portion. An air tight, water resistant slide fastener is openably/closably mounted to the peripheral face portion of the container. A liquid stirring port is provided at the top face portion, and a liquid injecting and ejecting port are provided at a lower end of a rear face portion of the peripheral face portion. Container suspending pieces and bottom face portion fixing pieces are mounted at the top face portion of the container and at four corners of the bottom face portion. During washing, the container can be washed reliably and efficiently while the inside of the spread out container can be visually checked by efficiently utilizing the air tight, water resistant slide fastener, liquid stirring port, liquid injecting and ejecting port, and container suspending pieces, and bottom face port fixing pieces. Thus, according to the present invention, washing, sterilizing and disinfecting treatments and thereafter drying treatment by heating can be performed efficiently, with the container having higher strength, higher air tightness and water resistance.

摘要： A container bag i.e. a flexible intermediate bulk container or FIBC (10) comprising a body of flexible material having lifting loops (18) across the corners thereof and baffles (22) to maintain a square configuration is characterized in that a liner (28) is provided sealed to the baffles (22). In accordance with the present invention baffles (22) are positioned within the liner (28) and are sealed to it before the liner (28) is affixed to the FIBC. In this manner, an FIBC can be produced which has both baffles giving it a square configuration and a liner to prevent ingress of moisture and air. The liner taking on the "square" configuration imparts it to the FIBC as a whole. The baffles may protrude from the liner and be attached to the FIBC walls, or they may be wholly within the liner. In either case, the liner (28) will preferably be impervious to air and moisture and may be formed from a polyolefin sheet material.

Also disclosed is a lining system for a cargo container, and comprising a flexible liner and a bulkhead to hold the liner in place in the container. The liner includes an inlet and an outlet, and collapsible inlet and outlet chutes are provided to selectively open and close the inlet and outlet of the liner. With one embodiment the lining system is air and water tight; and with an alternate embodiment, the liner allows gases to pass outward through the liner.
